The staff was exceptional! They helped us during bike week in EVERY way possible! Love the location, garage, wash bay, cleaning staff, and registration desk! When I asked about parking the manager Christian personally walked out to the garage and assured me the bike would be ok where it was at!

Deadwood has the night life, travel to a lot of scenic, and historical places, are about an hour or so drive, and closer. great steak house in the basement of the Franklin called Legends, our favorite place is Mavrick's, at the Gold Dust, all around good food with decent pricing. One of the better things is you can walk-to most all locations, and do visit Mr. Wu's, we just love that place.

In all fairness, we didn't have time for museums, but I envisioned the town as being more 'historic' in nature. Most of what we saw was basically just T-shirt sales and casinos in old buildings. Still charming though.

Cool Western town reenactment was fun and tons of places to eat and places to shop makes for a really good day trip. Most hotels are an easy walk to the downtown area but if you don’t wanna walk, they have trolleys that are cheap for only two dollars.

The buildings on Historic Main Street have been preserved beautifully. The live reenactment in the historic Main Street is fun to see. We had drinks in the Wild Bull Bar (Saloon Number 10). It is the BEST spot in town! Lots of history there and a good vibe. The many other saloons on the Main Street are filled with modern gambling machines, which are not our "thing."

Great place to go. There were many things to see and do. The shootouts were good as were the story telling. The Trial of Jack McCall was awesome. The actors that did the trial also did the other activities in Deadwood, and they were good, but the Trial was excellent. They were just awesome well worth seeing.

Love it here. This is our second visit. The hotel is perfectly located with free parking and the staff are just fabulous. Our room was a bit warm and they sorted it straight away. Very homely hotel with lots of character. We came end of March beginning of April this time and weather went from snowing to warm sunshine. Every day was different and we never knew what we would wake up to.
