We were able to get a cot for out room so that 3 of us got separate beds. An upgrade to a larger room was very appreciated so that weren't all crammed together! Clean and largely empty gym and sauna we used daily with great joy. The breakfast buffet is excellent but very overpriced. Many shops and places to eat within walking distance

FAQs about hotels in Warsaw

Always on the Move

A city on the move, Warsaw is constantly changing in an effort to rebuild what was lost during World War II. There’s no better example of this than the stunning Old Town Square, where pastel facades sit alongside dome-topped spires.

Starting here is the Royal Route which passes several historic buildings on its way out to Wilanów, where an ornate Royal Palace is set in a huge park that was the retreat of kings since the 17th century. Just as grandiose is the Palace of Culture and Science, Stalin’s gift to Warsaw that still manages to evoke feelings of hatred and love in equal measure. Go up to the terrace for panoramic city views.

Other cultural features are the Warsaw Uprising Museum, considered the best museum in Poland, and traditional bars that still serve down-to-earth food washed down with a shot of vodka - a throwback to the Communist era. Don’t expect to find a seat though – there aren’t any.

Warsaw also has a thriving club scene and more shopping centers than you could throw a stick at. Not that you’d want to, as you’ll be too busy picking up the bargains.

Just outside the city is Warsaw Airport, efficiently linked by public transport to the city’s hotels, guest houses and hostels, available on Booking.com.

Warszawa is a great city with much history and much sightseeing to do. You should definitely see the old town and the royal gardens. You should also definitely walk parallel to the Vistula river that runs across the city, there are a lot of interesting points to see and it's pretty quiet and nice. Also would recommend to see the palace on the isle (Pałac na Wyspie) and walk around the park that is around it. There are also many traditional restaurants like Gospoda pod Zygmuntem which I have personally tried and Pyzi, Flaki Gorące. The transportation is pretty easy with the metro and with taxis (taxis are pretty cheap here averaging a price of about 10 euros for an average 10-20 min ride in the city). Buses are a bit more difficult to use consistently because they don't go in every part of the coty so you might make 50 mins to get somewhere by bus that would take you 15 mins by taxi. All of the public transportation methods require a ticket which you can get from the machines in the bus stops and even from inside the buses. Would recommend the daily ticket for about 6-7 euros. Definitely would recommend as an eastern european country overall.

The places are lovely, the people can speak English and are very helpful. The center city is well connected by the bus and tram network, so ot is easy to get to different parts of Warsaw. For the travellers who want to prepare the meals individually, Biedronka shop is perfect. In my opinion, everyone should visit Warsaw once in life: it is a historic and cultural experience.

I had a long stay at this Hotel, I really enjoyed my stay, Hotel was very modern with nice sound proofed rooms, very friendly staff willing to help, very nice restaurant and breakfast. The WIFI is excellent and reliable for working, Its not a far walk from Blue city mall and there is alot of food cafes in the area, a lovelu park is not far away and I walked there daily which was a delight to visit. The rooms dont have a fridge which I did miss, that was the only little downside. I would be very happy to stay there again

A city that is changing and improving a lot. Lots of restaurants and open venues, and while prices have gone up a lot from when I first started going there, it is still a fairly cheap city in comparison with many other cities in Europe.

This is quite simply a great hotel very near Warsaw Train station and also near a tram stop for journeys to the Old Town. The room was cool, quiet with very comfortable and generously sized beds. The breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and even sparkling wine if you can manage it. It’s not a cheap hotel but we thought it was well worth the money for the last two nights of our trip. If you want a quiet night’s sleep ask for a room without a view. (The hotel is on a very busy road but we slept very well)

Location is good. The hotel is in the Old Town. The room was big. Breakfast could be better for the 5 star hotel. I could not have breakfast on the second morning, but my friend told me that there were oysters. It was on Saturday. I guess it is better on weekends. The receptionist was not very welcoming and gave me an attitude when I could not find my passport and asked if a driver's licence could work. Apparently not. But it could be said with a smile and understanding.

Great room, spotlessly clean - huge thanks to the lovely cleaner. Very comfortable bed, very quiet (11th floor) Reception staff super helpful, accommodating about later check out. Breakfast great - a little meat heavy but this was Poland - lots of fruit, granola and superb little cakes. Overall a fantastic stay, can't fault the room, but it was quite a walk to the old town - took me a while to figure out the transport system. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

The location is very convenient for a one night stay when crossing Poland. Of course the location is not bad even if You want to visit the old town and wanna go there on foot. The next day before leaving we went of foot to visit Lazienki park.? The room was very small, but it's that chain - if we wanted a bigger room we would have chosen Ibis Styles. Breakfast was OK - there was to chose from and the coffee was really good.

It is a very nice hotel, with rooms that are functional, modern and well tended, coffee machine etc. The decoration is agreable and the views to modern Warsaw worth the stay. The breakfast is absolutely outstanding in terms of variety (fish, viennoiseries, fruits, etc) and the desk personnel smile, which is not that frequent in Poland.
