Place is not clean. Located near the train tracks but location is ok. Hotel space Is not clean. Lots of stains and spots on the betd. Washrooms and other hygiene facilities are not good at all not recommended for couple. Drug users and other lower helth people staying ok btw

What I liked about Noah's Ark Transit Stay is the family running it. They were informative, very helpful and friendly. The were open to help with whatever I had question about in terms of the places to visit in Colombo. There is AC in the room and it works. However, only the turn on/ off of the AC control works, the rest don't.

Hands down the best place I've stayed so far in the entire region, this place is just outstanding. The room was amazing, the pool and courtyard are so lovely and relaxing, the beach is a stroll away, and I felt safe and secure. The staff are amazing, go above and beyond, truly exemplify what it is to be a gracious host. I am so impressed and will be back! Thank you to each of you!
