    A very beautiful town with everything you need for a weekend...

    A very beautiful town with everything you need for a weekend away. Lunch at the hotel was very expensive but wholesome. We enjoyed a trip to the Apple orchard. What a delight that was with lots of choices of apples, cider and souvenirs. The children’s playground was amazing. Thank you Bright for your hospitality.

    Lovely tidy town with great activities and restaurants. The e-bike hire from Bright Electric Bikes was easy and owners were very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions on which trails to tackle for our level of experience and fitness.

    Beautiful place to visit, especially in Autumn (although make sure you wrap up well as it was cold). That didn't bother us as we went prepared. Lovely drives all around if you have your own transport. We went to Mt. Buffalo, the Stag & Deer Farm and drove around the neighbouring towns too. Lots of historical buildings to see and lots of yummy Bakeries to stop and have coffee and cake in. Everyone we met was friendly and we ate some amazing meals in a different Pub / Venue on each night of our 4 night stay.

    Bright has some lovely places to eat and drink - the local Reed and Co Gin Distillery is the perfect spot for an afternoon visit. Bright is close to several local wineries - particularly for nice lunches or afternoon tea. The colours of the leaves in autumn are beautiful and picturesque.

    Bright is a lovely country town which is particularly beautiful in Autumn with the stunning colours of the trees. Wonderful to drive into Bright through a canopy of beautiful trees. Lots to see and do in the area. Good restaurants and a wide variety of interesting shops as well as wineries to visit.. The ski fields of Mt Hotham and Falls creek are accessible for those keen to ski and prepared for a drive.

    Absolutely stunning little town.

    Absolutely stunning little town. It could be the location of a romantic movie. Just so beautiful, with so many choices for places to eat. Gorgeous parkland that is well maintained alongside an idyllic stream. Easy to find parking. Friendly locals. Good coffee. We went during the festival so the atmosphere was dynamic. Highly recommend!

    Discovery Parks is a fantastic place to stay out of Bright, but near enough. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful at every encounter. The deluxe 2 bedroom cabin that we stayed in had everything we needed as a family to be comfortable. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The location is peaceful with view of Mt Feathertop and the kids loved riding their bikes around the park and down to the river.

    This hotel is exceptional. Check-in was simple, the room is beyond stunning and absolutely silent even though it faced the road, the location is excellent and having the bar and restaurant attached meant not having to face the cold winter nights when we wanted dinner or drinks. The shower in the room (room 1) rates its own mention. It’s spectacular!

    Bright Colonial Motel is very clean with excellent facilities. The outdoor kitchen with seating, stoves, ovens, a BBQ, pizza oven, cooking utensils and basic ingredients such as oil, sauces etc. is a bonus. The motel is set back from the road making it very quiet and it is an easy walk to the centre of Bright.

    Great location, with a beautiful short walk or bike ride to the main strip in Bright. Great space for a family of four as well as the yard, which was great for having our dog join us which we were so happy about. It's been our favourite house in Bright so far and we'll definitely book again.
