Everything was great. The door wouldn't close all the way, unless closed hard. The bed, bathroom, fridge, all 👍🏽. We came for the Comal River tubing, and we were close to it. Surrounded by lots of stores. Great hotel!

I love that the property was near the river and I love the swimming pool area. The fitness center for sure does need a little upgrade. Staff and beginning of check-in was very nice and pleasant. The next couple days other stuff wouldn’t even look at you wouldn’t even let you know about any of the amenities or where to go what to do.

    Me and my family had a wonderful time in New Braunfuls! We floated and kayak and fished the Guadalupe River in new Braunfels! My husband and son even caught a few baths out of the Guadalupe river wow we was floating and fishing they was I was floating with my puppy dog! It’s a beautiful river and me and my family really enjoyed it! We stayed at the The Haven NBTX in new Braunfels and it’s an amazing place to rent from!

    We loved the historic areas, the river, the German food and the entertainment. New Braunfels used to have a genuine small town feel, but now it has been overly commercialized and the traffic and parking are a nightmare.

    New Braunfels has so much to offer.

    New Braunfels has so much to offer. If it does not have what you want, just drive for a very few minutes and you can find it!! The city is ideally located between San Antonio and Austin and either provides or is within easy distance from practically anything you might want in a vacation or a business stop.

    We enjoy lunching at the Gristmill in Gruene and going to the Sidecar Cocktail lounge. The pianist at the Sidecar, Little Jewford, is fabulous and it is a very sophisticated and romantic spot to enjoy an evening.

    There is so much to explore in New Braunfels, Greune Hall...

    There is so much to explore in New Braunfels, Greune Hall and the surrounding area is amazing, we could have spent 2 full days there enjoying music, food, shopping and lots of great people watching. We walked through a portion of downtown in the early evening and many shops were closed. The walk was perfect and very enjoyable. Texas BBQ is the food of choice and outstanding!

    I love new braunfels!!

    I love new braunfels!! I have been coming here for over 10 years for family vacation. I love the river, and how close everything is to the hotels(because it is a small city). I would definitely recommend coming here. I will say my family is not big on waterparks or amusement parks like six flags and spashtown, we much more prefer the river, camping, and walking around the parks. With that being said, if your looking for things like those parks, this might not be your cup of tea.

    Our cottage was beautifully decorated and equipped, in a quiet street, and with a lovely furnished front porch for an evening drink and breakfast, (available fresh from our fridge). Car parking and internet ideal. And only a few minutes walk into downtown New Braunfels.

    Good location for the town. Friendly staff. Hotel is a little dated but nice, our room was very small and tiny bathroom. It also had an adjoining room but the door was thin and could hear nexts doors tv easily early in the morning.
