Sorin and the rest of his staff were very helpful in making a dinner reservation for us. Most importantly, the staff was able to accommodate our request to have a load of laundry done on an expedited basis. Wonderful hotel with very clean rooms and having USB plugs on each side of the bed was a bonus and not something we found typical in Iceland.

We were treated so well at Freya farms! Jon and his wife are super hospitable and thought about our comfort at every turn during our stay. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed and then upgraded to a room with a view of the surrounding creek, hills and mountains. The area is an idyllic farmstead and we loved it! The rooms were very comfortable too. The hosts also made us a lovely breakfast and gave us traveling tips. We loved going to the nearby grand Gulfoss waterfall, the Secret Lagoon and Selfoss. 10/10 hotel to stay, we would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

It was very close to the Gullfoss waterfall. The breakfast was decent.
