I love this accommodation ! I have stayed with Teresa twice . I have also stayed in both room accommodations . I really like the location and neighborhood. Good restaurants and shopping. Quiet, peaceful location. Teresa and Andre are friendly and helpful hosts . Teresa is quick to respond to questions and booked a reliable taxi to pick me up and take me to the airport .There is an elevator to take you up to the 4th floor which is a bonus in Lisbon . The private room has 4 big windows for air and a fan . It was perfect for me to feel comfortable and have a good night sleep. There is a kitchen to make coffee in the morning . The flat is extremely clean, it has a comfortable bed , private bathroom, great WiFi , small refrigerator , and close to the airport . Thank you Teresa and Andre !!! Highly recommend!

Our travel trio stayed for just over 10 hours when we stopped in Lisbon between Madeira and onward destinations. The guesthouse had just what we needed: an elevator lift to save our tired legs from carting bags upstairs, three comfortable beds in a clean and quiet place to sleep, and a fan to keep the heat wave at bay. The communal bathroom, kitchen, living room, and hallways were clean, and we were pleased with the cleanliness and availability of the shared bathroom. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to have basics like dishes, glasses, tea kettle, stove, refrigerator, and a good-sized sink. We arrived after reception staff left and departed before they came in the next day, but they gave clear directions prior to our arrival and provided everything we needed during the stay. For travelers new to hostels and guest houses, be aware that you must enter the building from the street, enter the accommodation via the reception lobby on the third floor, and then enter your designated room once I side the guest house flat (3 doors). Their instructions were clear, but I was new to this and a little confused! Final note on location—this is a quiet neighborhood with a community atmosphere. There were enough restaurants, cafes, and grocery shops, and green spaces nearby to meet our needs, but the nearest train station and busses were only a 5 minute walk away, so we found it very convenient to get from here to other places in Lisbon (even at late and early hours of the day). Highly recommend this place for people wanting a clean, no-frills sleeping space in a quiet non-touristy neighborhood at an exceptional price.

I stayed at Alif Hotel in Lisbon and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and quiet, which makes it comfortable for resting after a day in the city. The only downside is that the breakfast price feels a bit high for what is offered, and some improvement there would make the stay even better. Otherwise, it’s a solid option for a short stay in Lisbon.

This hotel is located next to Parque da Fonte Luminosa, 164 feet from Alameda Metro Station. The warmly decorated rooms include satellite TV, and some offer Tagus River views.

We had a functional massage chair in the room and we loved it! The room was cleaned every day and the rooftop terrace was amazing, such a beautiful view over Lisbon.
