Clean, sunny, spacious kitchen, easy to access. Comfy sofa, and bed. Simple but nice design. Good entertainment system. Elevator. Excellent response from host. Very easy to access. Great neighbourhood to discover. Pretty parks and great restaurants- not touristy. Tram was down when we were there but Buses and Bolt make it convenient and it’s a beautiful city to walk and wander if you don’t mind hills. In general very quiet, sometimes you hear planes but that’s all of Lisbon.

The apartment did LOOK pretty, the decor was modern, and it was recently remodeled. We were met inside the building by a friendly lady who gave us a cold bottle of water, which was incredibly sweet. I loved that there was a bottle of wine waiting for us even though there was NOT a cork screw to open it. We left a total of two bath towels for the two of us for our two night stay. The beds were comfortable.

The room was very good - up in the eaves (sloping ceiling) and away from the street, so quieter. Comfortable bed, good shower. Prior to arriving, the owner Ricardo was helpful in advising which metro route was the better to travel from the rail station. On arrival Marta gave us good local bus and dining recommendations. The location (slightly away from main tourist areas) suited us well.
