Lovely hotel in a very charming part of Paris away from the tourist areas. Cafe Odette nearby is a delightful place. Our only disappointment is their “non-refundable” policy which meant - although we changed our dates within the stated time deadline, the hotel still charged us the same amount of money even though we stayed one day less. & Booking.com - when we finally managed to find someone to speak with- were sympathetic but apparently unable to do anything to help us. I was there specifically for an event at La Seine Musicale. It's a distance from central Paris, outside the Peripherique and near the end fof the metro. A very pleasant neighbourhood. Nice bars - Home Sweet Home - and restaurants - had a good lunch at La Medina on Ave du General Leclerc. We visited to attend Olympics tennis, it was about an 8 minute walk away -perfect! The area is quiet but has a wonderful atmosphere, we visited several restaurants which were all fantastic. Usually the customer service in Paris are just awful and not tourist friendly, but not in Bolougne! This area have been proving me wrong time after time with exceptional service. The staff really knows the area well and gave us recommendations all the time. One person I really have to highlight is Sofiane! He went on and beyond with his customer service and always gave us a smile when we entered the hotel.
