The hotel was lovely, the staff was friendly and very helpful! The immediate surrounding area wasn't terribly nice but the location was very close, (within walking distance) of almost every place we wanted to visit so I rate the location very good and exceptional for the price range.

This is a perfect hotel to choose for your central Penang access! The restaurants, shops and fruit stands are all around the hotel. You must give it a try. There are only a few rooms inside the hotel building, and you have a public library study on the 2nd floor, which is awesome!
