We spent one night at Octogon in Campina as a getaway for the family. The facility is outstanding, and the host is friendly. The location is in the middle of the nature but very close to Peles Castle, Brasov and Bucharest. Very clean property with modern facilities, perfect for stress relief or just exploring Prahova.

We had an amazing stay at Lilu House. The house is very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are big and beautifully decorated, with big and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning was a plus. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The eating area has a huge table which was nicely prepared and decorated for us. The house has 2 big living rooms, one at the main level and the other one on the top level which also comes with a bedroom and a bathroom. We communicated very well with the hosts. They were very nice and responsive. They met us at the house and explained how everything worked. We really liked that the house was fenced in. The front yard has a seating area and at least 2 parking spots. The backyard is huge with a lot of comfortable seating places, a big dining table and a grill. Also there are lots of lights that you can turn in at night. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back if we are in town again

The Brebu Monastery is Heaven on Earth to see. Also, don't miss the Doftana Valley. One of the best and easiest trips to take, from Bucharest.

    Nice place to go with family - close to Bucharest - 1.5h. Some places to spend time with your family: parcs (Soceram or Fântâna cu Cireși), forest, Doftana river, Paltinu Dam, good food in Oscar or Toscano Restaurants.
