Everything was modern and extremely clean. The furniture was comfy, and the view, amazing. The staff were extremely kind and professional. I was given tea at check in, and it was great. The main reason I decided this specific hotel was for the deep soaking bathtub. I've stayed at a few places with tubs, and they are nothing compared to the one we had in our room. It was modern, spotless clean, and the flow rate on the faucet was perfect. Allowing you fill it very quickly. I had the best steak I've ever had from Quiora, one of the restaurants on the property. I was able to make a reservation about an hour before on my phone, which was extremely convenient. As was everything at the hotel. Extremely convenient. I'd definitely love to stay here again.

Very clean and amazing view from the pool. Comfortable and thankful for the water stations on every floor. The staff provided excellent service. The room was spacious and beds comfortable.

    This was such an interesting tour.

    This was such an interesting tour. You can elect from a guided or self guided audio tour (which we did). The self guided tour took around an hour, and if you want to learn about the historic, political environment of the last few hundred years then this is a must do activity. Pre-book your trip to save time.

    In order to protect their artifacts within the palace there...

    In order to protect their artifacts within the palace there is no air conditioning or air movement and very low light. You couldn't see the images on the paintings. The atmosphere became stiffling while on the 1 hour tour of the building and several in our group had to leave to go outside. Is it worth the effort - I'd make a donation to help them keep the Palace afloat. But I would not make a return visit.
