Location is amazing! Near the MTR station, in front of a tram stop, and the A10 bus stop is nearby (which takes you directly to the airport). Everyone is so kind and welcoming. No stupid question, no silly requests for them. Cleaning is done everyday too and check-in and check-out are so quick and efficient. Would stay again if in Hong Kong.

Breakfast was ok. The best part was the kind staff- Patrick. He was very accommodating and service oriented. We were stuck during the typhoon 10 but he made us feel at home, gave us breakfast to go. The best staff in Holiday Inn! I hope he gets promoted!

For me this is the best hostel in Hong Kong. The location is great, it's two blocks from the visa center and three from the ferry, in a very centric location and the conditions of the building in general and the rooms are also very good. The bathrooms and common areas get cleaned every day and with good cleaning standards. The staff is really kind and you can go to them for anything.

The hotel is very close to Central, which made getting around super convenient. We even found an escalator nearby that goes directly down to Central – a great little bonus! They also offer a shuttle bus service, which was helpful. Our room was cleaned daily, and although it wasn’t on the top-most level as we had requested, we appreciated that the hotel informed us in advance. The city view from our room was still lovely. The hotel also has great facilities including a pool and a gym. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
