Nice touch with the fruit bowl near workout area and water cooler for refills. Nice having tea, coffee, snacks in room with fridge. Microwave would have been nice. Loved te teapot. Beds were comfy and bathroom was spacious. My girls loved the robe and slippers and bathtub.

The location is great, around the corner from the Royal Mile. The property itself is nicely appointed. The front desk staff was great. Two young ladies in particular went out of their way to call some restaurants in Portree since reservations were recommened for a tour we were taking, They also recommended a local restaurant in Newhaven were we did have delicious seafood.
There is an elevator/lift at this property.
The room was really comfortable and had closets plus a small kitchenette which we did use to make tea.
Great view of town from our room.
Free use of the clothes washer and dryer was convenient adn we did make use of them.
