The property was truly great in many ways. The beauty of the renovated Inn caught our eyes immediately when booking and upon arrival. Kathleen, Chuck, and the staff were immensely informative and personable. Kathleen’s breakfasts were definitely restaurant quality, and the freshly made baked goods provided were exquisite. The Salt Pond Room was neatly arranged, and marvelously decorated.

Older property, however it was clean and functional. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of shower pressure and hot water. Nice sized fridge in the room. The wifi worked well.

Nothing. It was misleading in the ad saying it was on the bay…barely
The area of Yarmouth is very large. The main central road is very busy. The area is generally very pretty with lots of trees and wildlife - we even saw a coyote. Whilst we were there we also did a whale watching trip which was very successful.
Lots of restaurants in the area - many close early.
It is essential to have your own transport to get around

Lovely area, close to all the Cape had to offer.
Lovely area, close to all the Cape had to offer. We spent time in Yarmouth and the surrounding towns. The sunset at Grays beach was amazing! We walked throughout the town. The Chapter House was centrally located. Michelle was wonderful about giving us options for a day a fun and adventure. Jim took care of all our needs and Lisa was waiting with cocktails at the end of each day...couldn't have asked for a better experiencer!

I like the Captain's Walk of Historical homes.
I like the Captain's Walk of Historical homes. You can download the map online. The flowers, along the way are beautiful. My sister and i played tourist, even though we grew up there, and had fun revisiting this beautiful place in June. We ate ice cream, stopped in shops, took pictures of our childhood church: First Congregational Church of Yarmouth, and enjoyed making memories in Yarmouth Port.

Great food!
Great food! Best burger ever at Grill 43 and outstanding service, wonderful date night with cocktails at Fin. Super walkable with beautiful properties and views of the marshes and bay. Easy access from the mainland and to the rest of the cape.

Yarmouth is a beautiful part of the USA. There are a plethora of great beaches, restaurants and shops to visit. Everything is immaculately maintained and the people are overwhelmingly friendly. We can’t wait to return.

My favorite spot, Chaplin Memorial beach.
My favorite spot, Chaplin Memorial beach. After watching the sunset we went to Old Yarmouth Inn and Tavern for dinner, they have excellent food but a little bit expensive. Getting around Yarmouth is easy it's all nice, and you can walk around or use bicycle. We had a good time!
What a great BnB to stay with! I am glad that we stayed here not a hotel or Airbnb. I like the hospitality and personal touch that Claire & Robin provided, you don't get this type of personal service from a hotel or Airbnb. The place is very clean and neat, the bedding are comfortable, we all slept like baby! It is also a BIG plus that they have an outdoor outlet for charging my EV.
John and Kris were the best hosts. Warm greetings, fresh baked cookies and muffins when we walked in the door. Evenings with free flowing wine. The breakfasts were AMAZING. It will be hard to have to stay at a hotel ever again and suffer through a “continental breakfast” knowing what this little B&B has to offer.
The Chapter House was an incredible experience - from the friendly and inviting staff to the clean rooms with all of the comforting amenities, to the outdoor lounge area with fire pits and chairs/tables/umbrellas, we could not have asked for a better stay in Cape Cod!
It was easy to find off the highway and not far from the main strip in Yarmouth with businesses and restaurants around. The breakfast was homemade and coffee was hot and waiting for us each morning. I also liked the complimentary water and drinks.
Wonderful owner who made our experience amazing. Food and the treats were decadent. Definitely feels cozy, can't wait to come back. Because of this place me and my fiance decided to make Cape Cod a yearly vacation.
The hotel was very cozy and you felt right at home. Outside seating for breakfast was nice. The personal provided excellent service and was very helpful on tips to help us get the most of our stay in the area.
