The hotel was in a great location. We could walk to Eat Street easily. We were also able to make use of the Novotel's facilities. Complimentary laundry facilities were a bonus.

First, Christine was amazing and helped us with all of our issues and questions, so thank you to her.
Both rooms do overlook the horse racetrack which is nice and they both had balconies if you can get over the Rotorua smell (not hotels fault). I checked all beds for bed bugs and the linens did feel and smell clean, so that was another plus.
Overall, I do not recommend staying here.
