We had a wonderful time! We only stayed one night but we would definitely stay again!
This is a small, friendly hotel in the heat of Cadiz. We stayed in 401, it’s in the tower and it was fantastic! The room has a small terrace and the most amazing views over the city. It felt like our own personal castle.
The desk staff were so nice and we were able to leave our bags before and after check in/check out.
Location is great, 15 minutes walk from the train station, close to the market, beach, many shops and restaurants.
I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. Only 10 rooms and very well designed, including a rooftop area to sit outside, a library downstairs, and a restaurant next door with the same branding. Ate breakfast and dinner there and it was very good. The toiletries were devine and quite unique.
Conveniently located in the old town and you can walk everywhere. They recommended a parking garage that is 5 minutes from the hotel. Would highly recommend!

Cádiz might be a small strip of land, but being the oldest inhabited city in Spain, it means that it’s covered with monuments from different ages and cultures. Beautiful sandy beaches kissed by crystalline waters are also part of its magic, while you won’t be able to forget that you’re in Andalusia, land of music and passion.
Founded by Phoenicians, it had Greek, Roman, Arab and Visigoth influence, and the Age of Discoveries reclaimed its fame as port city. It became a cosmopolitan centre of commerce, enriching a heritage still visible in its historic centre. Don’t miss its narrow streets, colourful squares, the Roman theatre, and the imposing and eclectic Cathedral. Some of the most unique hotels in Cádiz are located in the Old Town.
The newer districts include wide avenues and contemporary buildings. These are the areas of Cádiz with a larger offering of modern hotels on the beach and apartments for rent. Restaurants and cafés serving great local, Andalusian and Spanish specialities are also easy to find.
The railway stations of Estadio, Segunda Aguada, and Central link the city with the rest of the country, while the nearby Jerez Airport is 47 km away. If thinking of visiting southern Spain, check out the Cádiz accommodation deals on Booking.com!

This is a wonderful place; we never ventured outside of the old town - why would you. Yes there are tourist traps a plenty for the cruise ships etc but with a little thought one can easily find very authentic traditional places to eat and drink with wonderful friendly staff.
The Roman theatre is a MUST see.

Second trip to Cadiz.
Second trip to Cadiz. I liked it even better the second time. It's a lovely city to just wander in. Just enough attractions to keep one busy but not enough that you are exhausted trying to see everything. Parks are lovely, harbour is a great area to walk in, and the city streets are fascinating. Great food everywhere we went.

Cadiz is a brilliant destination, superb Restaurants & Bars. Not all offering great service sadly. A city packed with history. There is much to offer, from good shopping to ancient historical area's.
The apartment was in an ideal location in this wonderful city.
Very stylish with original exposed Cadiz brick walls
Amazing air conditioning and shower.
Best sleep I’ve ever had in any apartment or hotel - was so comfortable. Plus a lovely private and sunny terrace ( and shower) which we used most days in the late afternoon .
Although located near to two bars the apartment was sound proof when windows were closed. Staff were very helpful and responded quickly to a few issues we had on arrival ,Highly recommend.
The Reception staff were excellent especially a young lady called Ana she was exceptional.
We used room service at the end of the evening food was lovely,
We had an alleyway room which was comfortable would request another room if we were to stay there again.
The Bar staff were polite and run off their feet with drinks orders, the hotel is central for all the new and old town which is grerat there is a few bars and restaraunts right on your doorstep.
All in all the hotel is in a good area.
We had the most wonderful time in Cadiz staying in this fabulous apartment. The location is perfect, in the old town close to the sea & train station. The apartment is immaculately organized, equipped with every possible convenience and so tastefully furnished/decorated. The icing on the cake was our fantastic host Claudia, who provided us with an abundance of information, the warmest of welcomes & left no stone unturned to ensure we had the most enjoyable stay. We loved Cadiz, the apartment & Claudia.
The location was great. Walked to the central market for lunch, it was buzzing. At night there was lots of display lights of different configurations throughout the city. The port was closeby with 2 cruise ships berthed. The beach was walking distance also. Our bicycles we stored in the bar area. A great cyclist hotel. The bus trip from Ronda to Cadiz was scenic, too steep to ride
This place is the best place to stay in Cadiz in responsible money.U are 1 min walk! from the main square.Room have a lovely balcony when U can dry your stuff. The toilets and shower facilities are spectacular clean, and Hotel Staff always with smile, and willing to help in any circumstances!Just Love this place!Hopefully I will be back soon❤️

Lovely hotel with great location in the heart of Cadiz old town. Beautiful reception area with fresh water, wine and pastries available for guests. Room was very clean, bed comfortable and hot shower a real treat. Staff were also very helpful and able to both highlight the best sights to see as well as good restaurants to visit.
Very good small city centre hotel. Lovely building and in a great location for exploring Cadiz old town. Our room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel public areas. Overall good value for money 3 star tourist hotel. The staff were very friendly and the roof top terrace bar had a superb view of the cathedral.
The location of the hotel is brilliant and they provide me a room with a balcony overlooking at the old town which is superb. my 1st time in Cadiz and the place itself never disappoint me , the city is full history, people are very friendly and most especially the authentic food are explicit..
This was an exceptional boutique hotel. The property was stunning, and very well maintained.
Our room was more like an apartment suite, with full kitchen, laundry. Our balcony looked onto the main walkway, and we were in walking distance to the whole city. This hotel is a little gem!
The location was incredible - so close to the beach with a food store in the same building and many restaurants right there. We loved the long walkway along the beach that went from our condo all the way into old town Cadiz. There was a tiny view of the beach from the living room.
The apartment is spacious and very well decorated. each room was a pleasure to explore with innovative lighting, furniture and art work. it is very well appointed for travellers and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time in Cadiz far more than we would have in a hotel room.
Very nice hotel in a fantastic location. Nice staff. Great bed and shower. Clean. Would stay here again. Cádiz is a super nice and beautiful city with friendly people and great food.
The only pity is the many cruise ships that spill out heaps of tourists in groups..
Given that quality accommodation is frustratingly scarce in Cadiz’s old town, this hotel is an ok option in a sea of poor options and bad value. The best that can be said of Hotel Argantonio is that it’s clean, quiet, in the old town and the staff was friendly.
The rooftop was awesome! I was only here one night but wish it had been longer - the hostel is very impressive and quite beautiful. It's well-located in the old town of Cadiz, I found I could walk everywhere I wanted to go from here. Staff were accommodating.
Great quirky hotel, very clean throughout, helpful reception, underground parking close by. Good sized bedroom with fabulous large bathroom.
Hotel location was perfect for exploring Cadiz old town, and what a beautiful place.
The hotel is located in a very good spot: close to the train station and the city centre.
The bed was comfortable, the room was a good size and clean, the bed very comfortable.
A great value in Cadiz. Don’t let the star rating discourage you, this place easily gets 3+. Nearby parking alternatives when hotel is full. Can walk to all major attractions.
