It's very very family friendly hotel - absolutely perfect for staying with children.
Super clean, even the children's playground was cleaned in the early morning.
In this hotel you basically have everything and you do not have to leave the hotel area, pool, beach, restaurants, etc.

I had a very late check in, like, really late, almost too early for the next day, however the front desk gentleman was really nice to help me get some rest for the remainder of the night. Although my shower took forever to turn hot and I almost run out of time and had to get back on the road I still enjoyed this old school hotel in the building that is at least a hundred years old.

The staff was AMAZING!! One of them even called the lost and found at the airport for us because of the language barrier. The rooms were clean, the grounds were clean. The landscape was very cute!! I would definitely stay here again!!!

We loved staying in this bed and breakfast place! It is family owned business and they all do everything they can, above and beyond, so that their guests will feel comfortable and happy. The building was recently renovated and beautiful, the room was big and very comfortable, and the location could not be better! Few minutes from the beach, restaurants, and the promenade.
We hope to come again.

Problem of Follonica services - not working parking automats...
Problem of Follonica services - not working parking automats, no parking place, not working garbage baskets/containers.
But great nightlife, many place to spend and enjoy day and night time. Aqua park is wonderfull, night park with carts, mini-golf and many other games.
Restaurants to enjoy all types of food.

The purpose of our visit to Follonica was to visit a cousin...
The purpose of our visit to Follonica was to visit a cousin we had never met before. We had a wonderful time. We were very close to an area without car traffic and the beach walk area. It was so nice. There was a wonderful restaurant, Taverna Della Strega, right across from where we stayed. We could have stayed much longer in Follonica to see the surrounding area.

Not too far away to come from Pisa Airport...about a couple of hours drive. Can also take the train from Pisa to Follonica.
Plenty of good clean fine sandy beaches along the coast and water looks clean. Many good places to eat out or get to the market if on self catering. Plenty of greens and sunshine this late September.

Follonica is a small town where people actually stop at the cross-walks! This may sound strange but I live in Rome where the life is much faster and the people much less hospitable. Follonica is completely different, its a slow-paced beachfront town.
Everything was absolutely fine, housekeeping worked, everything was great, great cocktails in the bar, but in the room there was a very inferior, dangerous teapot that did not have a switch off after the water had finished boiling, then it could not even be picked up, when traveling with small children it's a big problem with children. There is no coffee maker in the room!!! In Italy, I would expect different amenities in the room due to the price of the accommodation and the classification of the hotel. The breakfasts were great.
Cristiana and her staff were courteous and attentive too answer any qs. We felt like family. The morning breakfast each day on rooftop terrace was beautiful with attention to needs and personal tastes. Breakfast was continental.
The room was spacious, modern and clean as portrayed. It was approx a 5 block walk to beach. Nautilus had a relationship with 2 beach clubs which were terrific for a day at the beach for approx 25 Euro for 2 beds and 1 umbrella.
Me and my family we had our trip to Tuscany after 4 years of no sun and no warm and we booked this hotel after taking in consideration the online reviews, it was a perfect choice!!! The hotel is very clean and beautiful, close to everything and very nice staff from all departments specially Alessia from reception, she was very helpful 🤗❤️!!! Thank you for our lovely stay!!! One of the best locations we've been, everythibg in relates to accomodation is fantastic, room ia great, staff very friendly and helpful, services are great, breakfast is woaw and Eate is a one of a kind experience.
You can take free bikes at any point you like, for a nice 10 minutes ride to Follonica, enjoy the sea side riding.

I studied history so staying at an old fort built to protect the crusaders and pilgrims to Rome was magical. The beach is beautiful , spectacular views, lots of great hitstoric cities nearby. The staff and rooms were exceptional and the breakfast delicious. I am grateful to have found this hotel.
Agriturismo Cannavota is a great holiday location in Tuscany near Follonica. Nice apartment with a full equipment. Great swimming pool with a large outdoor area. The manager is friendly and welcoming. The stay was wonderful and we have enjoyed it. Thank you.

The kindness of the people; the location: the hotel is next to the sea but also close to the center and to a lovely park; the value for money; the breakfast on the terrace. This is a place where you really feel like at home.
