Room wasn’t isolated, too much noise from neighbors + street, neighbor let the tv run all night and we can’t sleep , street noise was rough, windows didn’t protect from that noise. Tijuana is a unique city that can offer a very good experience. Like any larger city it has its extremally wonderful and safe areas and it also has areas that you simply should not visit and would not feel safe. For Americans who respect the rules and regulations of the area should feel safe. The rules are very similar for all large cities in the world. The joy is finding people who are friendly and hospitable by nature. The people of Mexico are considered happier then people in most other countries including America. All that is required is common sense and respect for the culture and your surroundings.

I was hesitant at first because of fears and dangers i read about. But after a couple days the people were very nice and i felt at ease sightseeing the cities. Alot to see and the art fairs, shops were alot of fun. Too many crazy drivers but we never wrecked. Taxi and uber drivers sometimes hard to connect with but they were nice. We will be going back again. Miss it and wish i was there right now.
