Motel 6 is a nice and comfortable place to stay at if you looking for a nice and clean place to stay at and the price are very reasonable and restaurants are very close by so if you're looking for a nice clean place I advise you for this location and the rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful

This is my first visit to Arlington Heights. I like to stay here when I stay local near but not in Chicago; just personal preference. Clean, convenient service stations and accessibility to the non toll highways we needed to travel.

Maybe visitors aren't aware, but the area has several other hotels just down the street; thus, it is an O'Hare Airport area; with ample choices of restaurants, eateries, & fast food joints just a stone's throw from Motel 6. Arlington Heights has an upscale feel to it, both in th commercial properties and buildings, that I drive by, as well as glimpses of upper income homes are visible when driving along the main road, Algonquin Road (Rte 62)

I love this area a lot.
I love this area a lot. I never stay in Chicago when I visit the state because it’s just too expensive. Staying in this area and driving to the city is well worth it. Just watch out for the times because depending when you’re headed to the city, with traffic you can have a wait. That’s the only downfall. What is only about a 35 minute drive can take an hour at times. Other than that, it’s worth not spending 300$ a night for a hotel in Chicago (my own personal opinion). So if you’re looking for a more budget friendly hotel option, this city is the one. Overall, I enjoy this area because it has a lot of attractions that’s just as good as the busy city. The hotels are cheaper and you get free parking majority of them I have seen. Try out Mitsuwa while you’re there! Also Walkers Original Pancake House has amazing food! Lou’s pizza is another must have!

This is a reasonable, clean hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Aside from price and a good breakfast, 2 of the reasons I chose to book this hotel were for the advertised spa and the shuttle to the airport. They had neither. If not for that, I would give them a higher rating. If you don't care about that, it's a decent place to stay.

it was an okay stay , no microwave or fridge to store food.
it was an okay stay , no microwave or fridge to store food. they do offer shuttle services but dont at the same time, there stipulations... you have to book it through some other site bu they dont tell you that. I was at the airport for 2 hours after I landed because of the shuttle mess and kept putting me on hold fpr 2 hours as well. saying they had a ton of customer but when i got there and everytime i visited the lobby it was completely empty. like I said for a solo trip its alright, it is extremely far from the city lyfts can go from 30-100$ dollars just to get to the city depending on the day. i would not visit again

Clean, odorless, rooms. Quiet area. Safe neighborhood. Man that worked night shift was friendly and gave us an extra key because we dropped it outside somewhere by accident. For the price around the Chicago area, was the right price compared to other high end hotels. Interior was nicer and bigger room than I expected. Have stayed in more expensive hotels that didn't look as nice or clean as this place. Had a full size couch in the room which isn't typical of a standard hotel room so that was a nice addition.
The hotel is in a great location right next to a Dunkin’ Donuts and other places to eat. The room service was delicious and all of the staff I met were friendly and helpful. The lobby was very clean and coffee was available all morning. The room was immaculate and smelled clean and fresh. The king bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows. You really can’t get any better for the price. Great place to stay!
For our purposes the hotel is ideally located. You can't walk to anything from it, but you can't walk in most places in this area of the suburbs. There are several nice restaurants nearby, and one right next door.
The staff was great! Very easy to deal with and very accommodating.
The rooms were quite large, clean and well equipped.
The price was quite low and the value for the dollar very high.
Honestly we stayed here for one night and I would book here again. We stayed at a pretty nice hotel for twice the price earlier in the week then we went to this one and it wasn’t bad at all. We then went to a hotel we thought was like this one but we were very wrong… This hotel is great for what you pay for.
No fridge, ac was extremely loud. But the main problem, room was extremely dirty. Floors was sticky, i found some foods around the bed, from previous guests. As i am coming from hotel business and especially from housekeeping, i can't understand that. Cleaning of the room is big big minus...
as two able looking people who have mobility issues that aren’t as visible to most people, it was extremely heart warming to come to a hotel that didn’t question why we wanted a handicap accessible room. It was given without issue and made our stay extremely comfortable and home like.
When I booked online the price was $86.00 and when I got there they charged me $127.00, the hallways smelled like weed, carpets looked very old and dirty, the hotelvery old and outdatedvery small room, in helpfull staff definitely not worth $127.00 expertly over priced
They don’t know what customer service is. They lie and deceive customers. You will not get the room you booked and paid for. You will automatically be assigned to a worse/cheaper room if you booked through Booking.com. Be careful and never use this hotel.
Booked a room with breakfast included, but no breakfast was served at the hotel
Lamps were not working, cracks in the sink, bad smell in the room.
Tax was charged twice, both in booking fee and later on my credit card
The room is very clean and the staff there is so nice! It’s a good choice for people who need to stay one night for transferring at ORD. Also, the hotel location is very near to a Japanese grocery store!
The staff are nice, the price is affordable (online is way cheaper than if you reserve from the hotel reception) and they have good wifi service(however it just keeps disconnecting every half an hour)
Yes motel 6 it's a nice and clean place to stay front desk very helpful restaurants close by the rooms are very clean show advise anyone you're looking for a nice hotel that would be a good location
I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. The room was pretty good, and the hotel had lots of extra, available amenities. I also appreciated the restaurant. If modest in size, the quality was good.
The location was great . Was flying out of O'Hare Airport and it was 10 minutes away. Plenty of eating places around Hotel. The shower was great, lot's of pressure!
It had the pool. One of our rooms had a refrigerator and microwave. I'll go easy because the hotel is switching ownership and is undergoing a lot of changes.
