Located in Braga, a 8-minute walk from Braga Se Cathedral, INNSiDE by Meliá Braga Centro has accommodations with a restaurant and private parking. Pet friendly (they gave us bowls and a blanket to keep) and super helpful and kind staff. Location is in the centre which makes everything easy to reach by foot. All facilities clean. The pool is small but warm and when we went, we were all alone. The hammam and sauna are great too and very enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional - huge variety even for vegans. The champagne and treats on arrival are also a nice touch!

Located in Porto, 1.8 miles from FC Porto Museum, Hotels 705 Porto Prime Home provides accommodations with a fitness center, private parking, a garden and a terrace. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean moreover, staff were very polite and welcoming.

The breakfast deserves a special mention—it was probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Every single day, it was outstanding, a true culinary delight. On Christmas night, they left a bottle of port wine and a cake as a gift in the room—such a thoughtful and lovely touch.

Conveniently set in the center of Porto, Ribeira Douro Hotel has 2-star accommodations close to Palacio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market. Super clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff. I will definitely come back!

Gorgeous spa hotel in the Dao wine region. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with a natural, Zen-like decor and ambiance. Spa facilities are very nice and welcoming there are many services offered. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant both nights. Elevated Portuguese cuisine well prepared and served. Excellent wine list and the servers are able to suggest the perfect pairing for your meal. Nelas is a small quiet town about an hour’s drive to the Serra da Estrela. Perfect place to stay to relax and enjoy nature. Lovely staff.
