excellent Checkin experience with Jazz. There had been a slight mix up with our booking but she was incredibly efficient and diffused the issue immediately, cannot thank her enough 😊 Apart from that the hotel facilities were very good, comfortable rooms, lots of space and good breakfast.

In the main hotel building, there are superior rooms with views over the golf course. Alongside the hotel, there are comfortable lodge-style rooms and in the original coaching inn, there are traditional wood-beamed rooms with unique period features.

My Husband and I stayed here for our friends wedding and the staff were great, attentive, knowledgeable and polite. Breakfast was really nice, bonus point for veggie sausages 😁

    Absolutely spotless rooms with very modern facilities. Bathroom had nice full bottles of shampoo/shower gel and extra toilet paper. Kitchen had plenty cutlery/utensils/cleaning supplies.     All the necessities are provided, such as- detergent pods, tea, coffee, body wash, etc. There were also clear instructions on machines usage and labelled where the electronics should be placed after use. Not only that, most of the electronics provided are good quality. The location is just nice as it is close to the city centre. The living room was very cozy and the host was very kind and flexible to cater to our needs. Overall, we had a lovely stay in Coventry and we'd definitely stay here again.

    Wonderful hotel! Everything looked very modern, stylish, clean and perfect location near city center and just 6min walk from bus station. Staff very costumer orientated. A big big thanks to the nicest reception lady that helped me with early check in.
