Dubai is an incredible destination that truly offers something for everyone. Whether you’re a foodie looking to indulge in a diverse range of cuisines, a party enthusiast eager to experience vibrant nightlife, or someone who enjoys socialising and soaking in the city’s dazzling lights and spectacular fountain shows, Dubai has it all. It’s also perfect for those seeking relaxation, with beautiful beaches where you can unwind and enjoy the calm and peace. The city is a shopper’s paradise, with countless malls and traditional souks to explore. From luxury brands to unique local finds, there’s something for every taste and budget. To truly experience the best of Dubai, I recommend staying for at least a week. This will give you enough time to visit the city’s many attractions, from the towering Burj Khalifa to the cultural heritage sites, as well as enjoy leisurely beach days and evenings at the marina. My personal favourite have been the visiting Museum of the Future, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain Show and Jumeirah Beach. Getting around the city is easy and convenient with Uber or Careem taxis. I especially appreciated the option to choose eco-friendly cars for my travels, making it a more sustainable choice while exploring the city. Being from the US, I noticed a higher level of cleanliness in the community, no graffiti problems, no homelessness visible along city streets. The buildings are interesting and well maintained. Greenery and well groomed landscaping exists using recycled water. Traffic could be heavy, yet was orderly. The laws and rules are known, and respected, and enforced. A calm pervades all areas in and around the City. By far, the majority of locals and tourists are courteous using their best manners. Examples of Arabian hospitality abound. I spent much time at Kite beach with it's day and night swimming. I would not recommend it, yet, you can leave your iPhone (in the open) on your beach towel while swimming and it will be there when you return. Highly recommend Dubai.

Dubai was great but they were guys at the airport and offices in Dubai that scammed us. They sold us a lie and we are battling to get our money back. But everything else was great. Everything was at close proximity, the Mall of the Emirates, the metro and great restaurants to choose from. The staff was very helpful when we needed information and taxis. There was also a person that could arrange all our tours at affordable prices at the hotel. Breakfast was the highlight of our day, lots of options for food and drinks and the staff there catered to all our needs

The hotel I stayed at was a 15 minutes walk tot he metro which gets you to the city reasonably quickly. The metro stops near the main attractions. The dubai mall fountain show was something I wanted to do but didn't get the time. The observation deckwitht he glass slide option is so much fun I highly recommend
