Angus is a superstar. He should be the manager. He took ownership of a problem we had. He made a very mediocre stay bearable. And he was the only one who knows about the parking.

Staff was exceptionally nice and very accommodating. The first room room 409, was very warm, they do not have air conditioning. The bathroom vent was broken so I raised the issue with the staff and they moved us to a 1st floor room and it was much better

Very nice place, large room, great bar and restaurant looked nice as well. The gym was actually nicer than the picture. The place has some quirks but also lots of charm. Parking onsite was nice. All staff at front and in bar were great, friendly and responsive.

The granite city has a lot going for it and you don't appreciate quite how much there is overnight. I especially like the Art Gallery, Pittodrie is a proper old school football stadium, plenty of shopping facilities and places to eat.

The people are friendly and accommodating.

The people are friendly and accommodating. The city is small so it is easy to get all necessities and amenities within a short travel distance. However, you need a bank loan to take the public transport and the routes are sometimes longer than walking. The bus can be full in the evenings so would not stop at the bus stops.

We were there for about 24 hours, en route to the Shetland Islands. We very much enjoyed the open top bus tour, and spent a long time in the excellent art gallery. We could easily have spent longer in the gallery and exploring the city - several days probably! We ate our evening meal at a lovely Thai restaurant, had a coffee at the Coffee House Hotel and lunch at the Art Gallery - all very good.

The receptionist greats you with manners, friendly and very polit, for what I paid for the room was reasonable and very clean. The bed sheets were fresh and white and i mean white. I travelled up to scotland as my grandmother was in hospital. Therefore bookings were last minute. Bon Accord Street is less than 3 minutes from Union Street, which is the main road that runs through Aberdeen City Centre. Would i stay again an the answer is yes. I will be coming back to stay.

There is nothing to like about this Hotel/Guest House/Bedsit/Homeless Shelter. This is the worst paid accomodation I have ever stayed at taking into consideration of the bedsits and cheap accommodation I used as a student 40 years ago. This place could be mistaken for a homeless shelter and offers that level of customer care, without the drug and alcohol counselling. Avoid unless this is your last resort.

Friendly welcome and was able to drop my bag off early. Clean even in the shared bathroom/toilet. Basic and cheap accommodation that suited me for the last night of my Scotland trip. Sink in the room was helpful. Tea and coffee in room plus shower gel and towels. Tv with lots of channels. Centrally located on a historical street.
