The room was clean. Helpful and friendly staff just an email or phone call away. In addition, my wallet, with all my cards in it, was stolen at Hong Kong airport last Sunday night as I waited to travel. The staff arranged to collect cash from me, which was very kind.

The closeness to the airport. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room I enjoy staying and older history buildings
The Leapark Hotel is a family-owned hotel in the historical port of Grangemouth, within 3 miles of The Kelpies and 7 miles from the Falkirk Wheel. Stirling is a 25 minutes' drive away.
I live in Falkirk and rented this property for my daughter,...
I live in Falkirk and rented this property for my daughter, There are the newer attractions near by, Kelpies, Falkirk wheel etc yet the town stretches back through history for a few thousand years, 2000 years ago it was the northern most frontier of the Roman empire, The antonine wall is a World Heritage site and runs through the town. The resting place of William Wallace best friend is a little churchyard in the centre of town, where other leaders from "The battle of Falkirk" in 1298 are laid to rest and is a 15 minute journey from Stirling where the Wallace monument and Stirling castle are. For people wanting to see the cities, Falkirk is about equal distance from both Glasgow and Edinburgh with trains that run all day, public transport is great for getting around the main places, though a car would be needed to explore the not so main places that said, most of those are only an hour or two drive away from Falkirk so its a great place to plan a tour of Scotland, or a short term stay, you avoid the bigger tourist places and the bigger tourist prices but get the exact same experience.

Falkirk is a place without pretensions.
Falkirk is a place without pretensions. People are generally friendly and I like wandering around. The museum and gallery are great and so is Callendar Park. The stadium is terrific and would support a team in the top flight.

The Kelpies are a must to see both day & night.
We also ate at a few local restaurants…
Cafe Corvina (Italian)
Sanam (Indian)
Central Perk (British for breakfast)
We were also recommended the Tea house (Chinese) but didn’t have time to eat there due to a short stay.

The Falkirk Wheel & Kelpies is well worth a visit.
The Falkirk Wheel & Kelpies is well worth a visit.
The Boat Trip on the Wheel is good, however you can actually walk the boat route by footpath & it is actually better seeing it from the footpath as photo opportunities are better. The lighting in the Canal Tunnel is IMPRESSIVE.
This self-contained apartment is in a great location to visit The Falkirk Wheel & The Kelpies, as well as being close to Falkirk centre and there being two supermarkets within easy walking distance (Morrisons & Tesco).
Parking is secure and excellent.
The hosts live in the adjoining property, so are easy to speak to if you need anything.
The welcome pack, which included milk and fresh orange juice, was very welcome.
We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
Booked this place months in advance as we were travelling from East Ayrshire for a gig at Falkirk Stadium. After 1 hour into our almost 2 hour journey and 1 hour before check in we received a call from the place saying the hotel was closed!!!!! 1 hour before check in.......come on guys it could have been dealt with well before this!!! Anyway we ended up selling our gig tickets and returning home as we had no place and no time to find somewhere else before the gig started!!!!!
We had a warm welcome. There was parking available on the drive. This property is essentially a stay within the couple's home. The room was comfortable with en suite facilities. A quiet location. The house was within walking distance of the town centre and a short drive to both the Falkirk Wheel and The Kelpies. Breakfast was uncooked and they were able to cater for specific dietary requests with notice. Some lovely artwork in the room and landing.
All the food was A1. Perfectly cooked breakfasts with home made conserves with as much fresh coffee as you wish. Location excellent combining countryside peace with interesting moss country but with ready access to local attractions - Falkirk Wheel, Kelpies and Forth Bridges (find Port Elgin for best views). Oh, and did I mention the malt whisky provided in every room?
Hosts Callum & Rebecca + their staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Lodges perfect for 2 people + 2 small children.
Great location for days out in Falkirk and surrounding areas.
We will be returning, hopefully with the whole family (all lodges will be required for that trip).
By then Callum should have finished the Hotel so mum can have a room in there.
Lovely family run hotel where the staff couldn’t do enough to help. Kitchen facilities available to make your own meals if you wanted. We had a power cut the morning after our stay and the girl on reception came round and offered to order us all in some coffee and cakes. Ideal base to visit the Kelpies and The Falkirk Wheel. Would definitely stay here again.
Gorgeous, super clean apartment mid way between main sightseeing attractions in Falkirk. Lovely garden to sit and relax in, in the warmer months. Modern, very well equipped and comfortable ‘home from home’ stay. Park opposite is very handy if your dog is accompanying you on holiday. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend
Have stayed at The Park Hotel before. What I really like is how the restaurant staff get to know any of your food allergies and remember! Reception staff very helpful and nice warm welcome. Our room was huge as was the bathroom. We had been allocated a family room which had views over Dollar Park
We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. Just a 5min drive (or short walk and 15min bus ride) to the train station to get into Edinburgh. Nice, friendly host. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Edinburgh/Falkirk/Stirling.
The location was convenient for arriving by motorway, the check-in (remotely arranged) was easy and the apartment was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. There was a large retail park close by and Falkirk town centre was easily accessed on foot.
Tiffany was really helpful and nice.
It was in a good spot for both us visiting family and visiting local sites such as the Falkirk wheel and the Kelpies. Town centre also not too far away.
Room spacious. Breakfast was self-serve & reasonable, although other members of our party had to wait as food trays were empty. Lounge & bar areas were spacious & pleasant surroundings.
Loved the shower bed was comfortable wished it was king sized. Staff were amazing closeness for Kelpies and Falkirk brilliant . Kitchen was really useful
