Lovely place. Excellent location for boarding our cruise ship. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. The cafe was a great place to chill with fab coffee and food. The cheese and spinach toastie was delicious. Our room was surprisingly spacious for 4 of us and had everything we needed, very comfortable. A short walk into the centre of town to all the shops and eating places. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.

I love everything about the hotel
. The staffs were very friendly and professional. I told them ahead that it was my birthday and they left a very cute note and chocolate in the room for me. That was very thoughtful and kind of them. Thank you Paul and the team, I really appreciate the kind gesture.
Plenty of living space for a weekend break, close to Southampton and Paultons Park. Able to park at the carpark behind the shopping precinct for 24 hours. @£10. Comparable price to three separate hotel rooms but more suitable for our family party including babies and toddler.
