A spacious room and bathroom with oodles of olde world charm. The staff were lovely and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home.
The breakfasts were delicious and the bed very comfortable.

Easy to access. Efficient and friendly staff. Good food for that type of hotel, with a nice breakfast offer. Clean, modern and comfortable, it is a very good value for the money.

Debbie is a lovely host. She shares her home with a very warm welcome. The bed was super comfy and the room had everything I needed. Don't expect 5* luxury, it's basic and homely, but it's clean and comfortable and Debbie makes the most generous breakfast I've ever had in a B&B!

Very clean and comfortable and great pool and gym. Good for parking -safer than many hotels I have stayed-very important.Lovely staff, food, facilities, room, ambience, but FREEZING temperatures in shared areas spoilt stay as like a lot of other guests we had to stay in our rooms to keep warm.

The staff were absolutely lovely..
The food was delicious and hot..
My only complaint was the over the bath shower.
As a disabled person.. it should have been wet room. Climbing into a bath was difficult and dangerous.. but the pressure of the shower was extremely powerful and enjoyable..the sunrise was beautiful

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom.
Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Front desk assistance was very professional and the cleaning staff does an impeccable job. If you want a great snack or meal, skip the bar area. Perhaps try something nearby. It didn’t appear to have anywhere to eat within walking distance, but the town does have various dining options.

the hotel (champneys) was amazing ,
the hotel (champneys) was amazing ,
the outlet village was excellent , very clean , lots of choice , great restaurants for lunch , parking was cheap at £2.00 for every 4 hours .
never ventured into the city centre so can't comment on that .
The staff were phenomenal and were incredibly friendly. Everyone we met were helpful and accommodating. The size of the room and en-suite were also great, the room amenities were great and the location was perfect for our needs. Food was also lovey (typical hotel quality food but definitely did the trick when we wanted something cheap and simple!). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere central to Ashford with great national transportation. Also to anyone needing to take a break for affordable prices and relaxed atmosphere.
The little house has modern furnishings, 4 bedrooms that easily fit 6 adults and 2 bathrooms. The beds, while quite small and very soft, were actually comfortable. The location is on a quiet residential street, right next to a grocery store, a few minutes walk to the centre of Ashford and 15 minutes walk to the train station. We encountered issues during our stay and had to contact the property management who were responding very fast and sent a maintenance guy who was also very polite.
We loved the private quiet feel and view onto the small orchard. The hosts were very welcoming and on arrival we were greeted by beautiful flowers and a generous welcome pack, including their own home produced ice creams. Very well thought out and lovely decor - v comfy too. Access to the family's tennis court is also an added extra, with rackets and balls supplied on request. The location is great for exploring Kent. Thank you Sally and Robin!
A beautiful cottage in a great location in Ashford, just a couple minute drive to the designer outlet.
lovely comfortable beds, very clean throughout with all facilities provided I.e linen, towels, utensils. great instructions from the owner on how to find the property & gaining access with a good information pack inside the cottage explaining everything with useful information.
would definitely recommend & stay here again.
The breakfast was typical hotel cooked breakfast, but cooked and presented well. It was all self service and food areas were clean.
Key point for us - our neighbours were quite loud one night, so we put a call in to reception. They paid the neighbours a visit within 5 mins of our call and also reassured us that they have looked to address the issue.
This property has everything! Large comfortable en-suite rooms, choice of breakfast …full or light, communal kitchen to microwave dinner if you want, lovely view of the Kent Downs, large outside lawn for playing, less than 30 mins to the beach!
We extended our stay from 2 to 5 nights and were happy we did.
Thanks Sue and Martin!
Hotels in a good location to explore Ashford and surrounding areas. Has a really good sized pool for a hotel, staff were friendly.
Had a superior king room which was a really good size and the complimentary drinks were a nice touch.
WiFi was pretty reliable, good sized TV in the room as well.
Excellent breakfast. Debbie is very friendly and helpful. Exceptional room; very spacious, comfortable bed, newly upgraded ensuite shower room. Good view of the garden. Room was very quiet. Very good value. Excellent location with parking for spending time on Ashford or local area.
Very big house with 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, tv in each room, big kitchen with washimbg machine e and big garden. Perfect as base to visit beautiful kent if you have a car (space for two big cars). Good value only if you are in 3 plus.
Wonderful retreat in a lovely part of Kent.
We arrived and automatically felt relaxed.
The hut as lots of lovely luxuries which make the stay even more special.
We would love to come back.
Magnificent building in open Kentish countryside, steeped in history. The restaurant staff were very good and the food equally so.
Breakfast was good although overly salted
