Our room was spectacular! The bathroom gorgeous! It’s not often you find a king size bed. The staff was one the best we encountered on our 14-day trip. We ate dinner in the restaurant because we could not find anywhere else to eat (Saturday without reservations in May!) It was honestly one of the best meals we had! I cannot say enough nice things about this property. So well done.

Very quiet! People were staying there but either the rooms are well insulated or the patrons are well behaved. Location is right on the causeway highway and the bus stops right outside the hotel.

The property is in a very convenient location - close to the town centre, two train stations and the bus station within walking distance, beach is literally around the corner. The property was very clean and well presented. The room was spacious, the shower was everything you could want and the bed was out of this world. The staff were exceptionally friendly and could not do enough to help.

If you want a beach holiday with rocky walks and scenery thrown in then this is a good place. Easy bus ride away (two an hour) is the Giant’s Causeway. The helpful tourist office in the town hall has timetables and can tell you where the bus stop is as it’s located in an odd place.
Not so much to do in wet weather conditions but good places to eat that had plenty of room.

Great area to explore plenty to do for kids and lovely beaches. Lots of options for food and plenty of places to walk and explore. Just a pity the weather wasn’t great when we were there but still enjoyed it!

Lovely town on the North Coast to base yourself for all the excursions around. Fantastic beaches and plenty of good food places. Weather can change at a moments notice with sun, rain and the wrath of the Atlantic all in a day, come prepared. If you golf there are excellent golf courses.

As long as weather is good there is no better place to be than at Portrush. The beaches the food the pubs all great and the people always make you welcome.
General shopping would be limited however, but in reality when you go to portrush your not really wanting to shop.

I scheduled in Portrush because of a visit to Giants Causeway. I was pleasantly surprised with the city. It is a very clean upscale beach town. My only regret is not realizing The Harbour bar was also a restaurant. We did end up eating in a more trendy "European" restaurant and did not discover Harbour Bar until after dinner. As a traveler from the US, I would have preferred the old friendly feeling to The Harbour Bar and wish it popped up in a search for restaurants on Google.

A familu friendly place and very welcoming.
A familu friendly place and very welcoming. Plenty to do, with the beach, currys amusements and shops and cafes. The Jet centre and the giants causeway was a short drive and portstewart close by. Lovely place.
The place is gorgeous. Denise is the incredible, the most helpful and understanding host. Unfortunately because of cancelled trains I was able to stay only 1 night here instead of 2 (which I regret incredibly!), still we were able to handle it with Denise graciously. As were said before the place is even better in real life than on pictures. Made me even think if maybe I should move to Ireland :)
Thank you for having me and would definitely recommend Primrose Place Portrush for everyone.
Breakfast excellent and staff very attentive. The hotel even delayed breakfast for us until 10.30 on Saturday as we do Parkrun (there were 6 of us) and that was great and much appreciated. The room was large, very clean and bed very comfortable, slept really well. The Port Hotel is situate right in the middle of Main Street, Portrush and you couldnt ask for better.
Exceptional. 5+ stars. The unit is new, big, very nicely decorated and with all the accessories. The location is great. On the front of the harbor and next to Ramore restaurants. Unfortunately the restaurants only opened on weekends during our stay. Definitely will stay here again if we visit Portrush again. Two thumbs up.
Everything!! Exceptionally clean, amazing facilties. This was a last minute booking for my husband and I and our first away from our 5 year old son. All Seasons exceeded expectations. As a family, at the beginning of April we actually stayed 3 days in a hotel in Portrush and compared to All Seasons, it was a hovel!!!
The Royal Court is a beautiful hotel, the setting in stunning, the hotel has beautiful views over Portrush and out to sea Our room was, modern, clean, comfortable, the shower was fab and we had a nice view of Portrush and the sea. The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Recommend this hotel!!
Brilliant setup - I booked an overnight for my Mum’s birthday and we brought my puppy along, there was live music and we had a lovely breakfast. The area is perfect situated beside Ballyreagh Golf Course, between Portrush and Portstewart with perfect paths off the beaten track down by beautiful coves!
Albany Lodge is a great option of visiting Portrush. A fairly quick walk into the center of town, it’s a lovely home that offered me a big bedroom appointed with quality bed linens and furnishings. The proprietors were friendly and they hosted a lovely Irish breakfast customized to guests’ tastes.
The location is central to everything in Portrush. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean, warm, and comfortable and stocked with everything you might need. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great hotel for families enjoying Portrush, not so much for a couples getaway.
The owners of this B&B, Kieran and Dianne are a welcoming Irish couple. Their inn has charm, family history, comfort, and it has an incredible view of the beach in Portrush. Also, Dianne makes wonderful breakfasts. Close to Dunluce and Giant’s Causeway!
Excellent 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment stylishly remodeled and spotlessly clean. Perfect for our stay in the heart of Portrush, close to the Wild Atlantic Way attractions like Giant’s Causeway. Walkable to the iconic Harbor Bar & Bistro.
Host provided lots of good information about the area. Short walk into town centre for lots of restuarants. Lovely breakfasts in clean well lit room. Very comfortable accommodation. Parking on the street right outside home.
Great Hotel with fantastic upgraded rooms with nice views of the Royal Portrush Golf Course.
Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Received an upgrade to a Signature Suite which was very generous.
The service and food were excellent. The hotel was close to the shops and bars etc. Very quiet for being in the Main Street of Portrush. We even had a sea view and lift was convenient.
The location of the hotel is amazing with being so close to Portrush town centre. The outdoor areas are nice for a drink and a sit down. The hotel itself is very clean.
Super we place. Great location and really family friendly. Massive room and lots of little extras. Very quiet with still only a short stroll into Portrush 🙂
