Breakfast plenty of choice, Only problem was I dont like scrambled eggs,so did without. Finished eating and found out I could have
asked for fried eggs. Will know next time I visit. Hash browns best I've ever had.

It did what it said. Cheap hotel room for the family. Clean, great size room, dog friendly, basically on the beach, heart of town, money not going to big corporation like premier. Support your local, lovely hotel that welcomes you. Not our first stay and we will be back
Great choice of bars and restaurants. Friendly staff in all establishments we visited. Everything in walking distance and some great views. Lots to do and see and close to other attractions, ease of transport methods especially bus routes. Not far from Newcastle.

Lovely resort, much nicer than Whitley Bay town centre which was a little run down. Copperfields pub just across the road - delicious food and great staff. Perfect base for exploring north and south of Newcastle.

Most friendly place I have ever been.
Most friendly place I have ever been. Relaxed and chilled out atmosphere everywhere. The beaches are difficult to access if you have mobility issues. Get me back anytime. Already booked for the festival next, hopefully be back before. The best fish and chips at Londsands cafe and full breakfast at The Priory cafe, best black pudding I've tasted.

This was first visit to Tynemouth and really enjoyed our stay. The coastal walks suited my wife and myself as we are over 70 .
We also noticed the cleanliness of the area even including the many benches along the front.
The main town centre catered for everyone with ample bars and restaurants.

Fantastic place to stay in all seasons -so much to do for all ages -brilliant coastal views, great walks, historical -within driving distance (and bus ride) to Hadrian's Wall, Bamburgh and a number of other great Northumberland castles. Fantastic choice of restaurants, freshest fish and chips ever! The list goes on -'Geordies' are the most friendliest people in the world!
Fantastic little property, near to the town and to the coast path. Great facilities and very cosy. Only a few minutes to walk into Tynemouth where there are some gorgeous little shops, bars and restaurants. Weekend market is 5 minutes walk too and well worth a visit. My favourite was the coast path to North Shields, great little beach and some great local fish mongers too. Nice walk to the north, King Edwards Bay and onto Longsands. Lots of sights further too.
Tynemouth is a great little seaside town and a terrific jumping off point for Tyneside and Northumberland. Peacock House is mega-close to the Metro station which connects you to Newcastle, the airport, St James Park, Whitley Bay, etc. You're a 2 minute walk from dozens of places to eat and drink, all of which are a great standard. Peacock House itself is big, quirky and cool. A really memorable place to stay.
Excellent location in Tynemouth. Short walking distance to beaches, bars and restaurants. Excellent secure parking in gated car park at rear of property.
House has good facilities, clean and comfortable.
Booking management very good. Would use again.
Tynemouth is a lovely area and very easy to take the metro in Newcastle.
The location is ideal for exploring everything Tynemouth has to offer, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beaches. Edith Haven is an excellent holiday home, tastefully decorated, clean and spacious enough for our party of four. A few welcome treats from the owner Raymond was a lovely touch too.
The place is great. It's fresh, well cared for and pretty well equipped. The location is first class with cafes, restaurants and local pubs just around the corner. The views along the coast across the river and of the Tynemouth Priory are simply magnificent. Parking is designated so no problems there at all.
AzZule apartment is very nice and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The location of the apartment is fantastic, in the centre of Tynemouth. Everything you would want to visit (or might need) is very close - the priory, piers, beaches, grocery store, post office, bars, restaurants, metro station, etc.
The place is exactly as the pictures show. It is cozy and warm... very homey. The staff were also responsive when I reached out.
The location is North Shields..(not Tynemouth as indicated) if you are traveling by metro or bus, alight at North Shields and use the address indicated.
Location was great within easy reach of the sea and beaches and close to restaurants and pubs. Although we didn’t use the Metro there were 2 stations within easy walking distance. We enjoyed the market in the Tynemouth station. All in all , a good stay with everything we needed.
Excellent hotel with ample free parking. Great bar and although we only had the breakfast the meals coming out look very good. Fabulous sea views and very well staffed considering how busy it got with everyone showing good attitudes as hospitality should be.
The location of the house was good within walking distance of Tynemouth centre considering this was not our original destination for staying at Tynemouth due to the original property not being available. The house was modern & comfortable.
The property has just been totally refurbished and the art deco character of the building has been retained throughout.
The rooms were immaculately clean and the bar was beautifully decorated for the upcoming festive season.
Position was great with an amazing landscape on the Tyne bay and just a few steps from the Tynemouth city centre. Greame and her dog Winter are lovely. Honest price for a night.
The best thing about the property is its location close to the centre of Tynemouth village and, for us, ease of access to other parts of the North East where we have family.
Stunning apartment, in walking distance to Tynemouth. quiet location. Furnishings were excellent, bedding amazing, great facilities, everything was beautiful.
