Felixstowe is a coastal Town that has a lovely beach area that is clean and tidy. There are plenty of food facilities for Coffee/Beer/ Fish & Chips and Ice cream. It is possible to walk the length of the beach front on level ground which makes it very accessible for people with mobility issues. The Town Centre is close to the beach and has many interesting shops. Felixstowe on a sunny day is a hidden gem. Its just perfect for me, not big, not too small, has everything, not crowded, people friendly, it has life, still peaceful, love the beach, very clean place, well maintained, and you can find activities too. Theres market, gift shop, small fun park, giant wheel where you can get beautiful view. Good restaurants, good air, peacful place with life in it, very good combination. The hotel staff helpful and friendly hotel comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the excellent breakfast an we love Felixstowe . You have a good selection of shops and the railway station just over the road from hotel. You can walk to beach in 10 minutes which is good and also the Spa Pavilion theatre is walking distance. Nice to leave the car and walk. We found some nice little cafe to eat. It was easy to find a good selection of places to eat. We are both in our 70s so eating out and walks and theatre perfect.Guest review byChristopher
