Debbie is a lovely host. She shares her home with a very warm welcome. The bed was super comfy and the room had everything I needed. Don't expect 5* luxury, it's basic and homely, but it's clean and comfortable and Debbie makes the most generous breakfast I've ever had in a B&B!

Very clean and comfortable and great pool and gym. Good for parking -safer than many hotels I have stayed-very important.Lovely staff, food, facilities, room, ambience, but FREEZING temperatures in shared areas spoilt stay as like a lot of other guests we had to stay in our rooms to keep warm.

The staff were absolutely lovely.. The food was delicious and hot.. My only complaint was the over the bath shower. As a disabled person.. it should have been wet room. Climbing into a bath was difficult and dangerous.. but the pressure of the shower was extremely powerful and enjoyable..the sunrise was beautiful

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Front desk assistance was very professional and the cleaning staff does an impeccable job. If you want a great snack or meal, skip the bar area. Perhaps try something nearby. It didn’t appear to have anywhere to eat within walking distance, but the town does have various dining options.

The size of the room and en-suite were also great, the room amenities were great and the location was perfect for our needs. Food was also lovey (typical hotel quality food but definitely did the trick when we wanted something cheap and simple!). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere central to Ashford with great national transportation. The beds, while quite small and very soft, were actually comfortable. The location is on a quiet residential street, right next to a grocery store, a few minutes walk to the centre of Ashford and 15 minutes walk to the train station. We encountered issues during our stay and had to contact the property management who were responding very fast and sent a maintenance guy who was also very polite.LuciaGermany
