    Rooms are clean and a good size, with toiletries provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Although it was a long walk to the underground, the journey into central London was fairly quick and easy.

    we wanted a family room as my son is disabled but could not get one as there were two weddings going on. The rooms were opposite to each other so quite handy.

    I was only there overnight so did not get to use the hotel facilities. The hotel was in a good location for what I needed. The room was lovely and spacious and the bathroom was lovely.

    Great staff and breakfast. Excellent location, close enough to Woodford, Grainger Hill and Chigwell stations. Clean and updated room and bathroom. Room was a bit small and no AC but that was expected.
