Amazing room and very comfy bed. Loved having a bath outside and spa staff were really helpful creating the seaweed bathing experience for me in it as the bathing room in the spa was fully booked. Breakfast served beautifully and so tasty - continental is plenty but you can order any hot extras and they'll make it for you. Served by Sam who was lovely. Spa was amazing and the cold water pond was an experience! 111Skin treatment was so relaxing and top class therapist (sorry I've forgotten your name) - thank you! Our room was very clean with everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The cleaning lady was lovely!! We booked in to the restaurant and the food was spectacular! The gardens were well kept and we loved sitting outside watching the rabbits and squirrels! Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice!! It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. We were able to get into our room earlier than the stated check-in time. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was just right. The ensuite bathroom was very clean. Tea/coffee making facilities were provided in the room. Breakfast was partly self-serve (toast, coffee/tea, cereal) and cooked to order.
