I have always liked the city, but the roads this year seem worse than ever. They are full of potholes and manholes that look like craters. Nervous and hastily drivers, without any traffic rules. It is a great get away city for 2-3 full days. We stayed 5 days, but we went to a festival for 2 days and didn’t get to do everything else that we wanted to. Budapest is a nice city, although some restaurants and supermarkets are expensive. Some of them don't justify the price. Uber/Bolt are also expensive, but somewhat affordable if you don't want to walk a lot. Great scenery and culture.
