    We enjoyed tea in the parlor and the rooms were thoughtfully decorated and supplied with everything we needed. The view of the garden at breakfast was simply lovely! We enjoyed dinner and live trad music at the nearby Roadside Pub.

Wild Honey Inn was established in 2009. You can expect a warm welcome from Kate, she works front of house and deals with the day to day running of the guesthouse. Breakfast is cooked by Aidan, a Michelin Star chef. Wild Honey Inn held One Michelin Star from 2018 until 2024. The restaurant is no longer operating. We are members of the Burren Ecotourism network a group of businesses in the area dedicated to the promotion of responsible tourism that conserves the environment and improves the well being of local people.

Wild Honey Inn has a wealth of old world charm and character, the building dates to 1860 with its open log fires, countryside views; combined with modern day comforts it has the perfect blend of antiquity and modernity.

Wild Honey Inn is situated on the Wild Atlantic Way in County Clare and close to the world famous Cliffs of Moher. The area is known as the Burren and it is noted for its richness in culture, diversity and spectacular beauty. The Burren region stretches over 560 square km and it is composed mainly of exposed limestone. There are many walking and cycling routes in this area and outdoor activities such as canoeing, surfing, rock climbing, horse riding are popular. The Burren is rich in archaeology and is thought to contain the densest concentration of ecclesiastical sites in Ireland. It also has a rich and varied ecology , its flora and fauna is famous all over the world because of its remarkable beauty, richness and diversity.
