Little wireless problem and on room service demand little problem on english
Location specially for business is perfect...
Food is very bad served... No wardrobe...
Rooms are not at a 5 stars standard
Cleaning staff not thorough and not precise...
Location, reasonable price, very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, especially the guys
Not much to dislike. They didn't fix my bathroom scale despite two requests. The car they arranged to take us to the airport showed up 30 minutes late
LOcation General atmosphere
Location! Just in the middle of everything
Soundproofing was not optimal
Design and style, the rooftop restaurant, the warm, yet professional service, the pool and spa, the in-room amenities, the immense variety of the breakfast buffet, the smooth, painless Wi-Fi connectivity...Overall, you get great value for money, particularly for a 5-star hotel.
The pool, although enclosed in a great, cavern-like space, is not terribly big...Equally, the rooms could have in-room espresso machines. Lastly the supplement for breakfast may come across as a bit expensive given the overall room rates, etc. But these are really niggles, we had a great stay!
Location. All Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of food choices. Cleanliness. Wifi was strong. Modern big and spaceous rooms.
No complimentary water or fruit.
location breakfast comfortable beds
Some of the staff is rude and arrogant, I had a not very polite experience with the concierge when I arrived at the hotel. I felt like if he was doing me a favour…I will not come back.
- Great personnel - Excellent room (exclusive room), bed, shower and amenities - Excellent, heated indoor pool: spotlessly clean with great additional service such as waters, tea, fruit, nuts - More than excellent terrace with once again excellent service, many free extras (apperativo) and very much acceptable prices - Best location for shopping and site-seeing such as the 'Duomo'; only a couple of minutes walking away! - Many great places to eat nearby
Cannot fault this hotel on any point
we had booked a room with a panoramic view and the hotel did not give us at first a panoramic view. we had to argue and wait a bit to get a nice room as expected. Too bad because everything else was great : the breakfast, the location, very nice room etc
In a city full of stale old grey hotels, Boscolo puts the artistic wow in every corner. Colours and light in maximum, up-to-date comfort, enough to challenge the direst Milanese winter. The room with the Duomo view is worth the rate, a live picture in your windows, the spa settings are simply magic. And the terrace restaurant matches the views with incredibly healthy menus.
mosquitos in the room and the swimming pool too hot around 36ºC not possible to swim!
highly recommended for those who are seeking for comfort...excellent location ,fantastic service
The bed was not so comfortable
Location and spa
Everything! I chose this hotel from a wide choice offered by Booking.com because of the central location and the ultra-modern, colourful design of the hotel. The Spa is exceptionally beautiful and relaxing. A popular, busy hotel but staff always helpful. The Boscolo red-coloured entrance made a welcoming feel of home-away-from home each time I returned from the frenetic crowds in Duomo Piazza near-by. Also a short walk to La Scala which was a bonus for me. I really loved my time at this state-of-the-art hotel.
No complaints. It took a while to fathom the lighting system!
Every thing, except location.
Location quality of hotel
Broken hair dryer and remote control not working.this suggests no checks are done by housekeeping. This price band should have this policy. We were late for a dinner reservation as new hair dryer was tardy.
Very noisy in the corridor by our room Rooms are small No personal service apart from the doorman who was the highlight of our stay
Problems with wc
Hotel excellent and breakfast 1st class. Location really handy to explore the city and surrounding area. Despite being on a busy street the rooms were quiet. I would definately stay there again.
Considering a 5 star hotel, staff sometimes got drinks orders etc incorrect. However they were all friendly and helpful.
