Location was great—5-10 minutes walking for most tourist areas but relatively quiet for sleeping (especially the rear facing rooms). We easily walked from the train station to the hotel with our luggage (backpacks). The breakfast was great. We loved the made to order cappuccinos! Happy hour with snacks and drinks was also appreciated after a long day sight-seeing. This hotel is just right—not too fancy, very comfortable, and with all the amenities we needed.

Management is nice, patient, welcoming, bilingual. The receptionist took the time to shows the map and advise where to go and how to. We also needed a grocery store she was nice to guide us there. The hotel is beautiful with some art feature. The Hotel is at a walkable distance from the train Station/ the center/downtown/Ponte Vecchio. We had no issue walking in the neighborhood very late at night after midnight. I will definitely come back
