Cute, central room. We loved our stay here! The host was so friendly, and kind enough to let us store our bags. Easy walk from the train station. Would love to stay here again someday.

The location is perfect! Close enough to the Main Street and train yet far enough for it to be calm and quiet. The views are spectacular.
A place to be to feel the CT atmosphere. Easy to travel inside the village and to other places of 5 Terre. I've really appreciated the less touristic side of Manarola after the sunrise (beautiful views to live the sunrise)

It's the best of the five villages in Cinque Terre, considering the views one can get from the accommodations available close to the sea front. It is neither too big nor too small, not much to climb up and down to the sea. It has an excellent mix of terraced vegetation on one side and stacked little houses on the other side.

Charming but can be overrun with tourists during peak season. I mean overrun - difficulting getting on and off the train, difficulty enjoying the city because the streets would be too crowded. Enjoy CinqueTerre Boat Tour is a must do to see all the towns of Cinque Terre from the water at sunset is especially nice and you will get a nice history lesson about the area. Bar Planoia at the water is nice for appertif, Da Aristide in the piazza and Trattoria dal BIlly (a nice uphill walk) with stunning views were delicious - reservations is recommended.

Everything you could imagine. Stunningly beautiful.
Everything you could imagine. Stunningly beautiful. Great seafood. Note: Manarola is not for you if you have mobility issues. You will be walking straight up or straight down with and without stairs. If you are mobile, be ready for a workout, but it's absolutely worth it.

A great little town in the Cinque Terre.
A great little town in the Cinque Terre. It's really easy to get to and a great place to walk around with a lot to do. There are some amazing viewpoints and great places to walk and sit. Involves quite a lot of hills and stairs but easy to find everything.
Would say it gets busy with tour groups in the day so definitely make the most of early mornings and late evenings. Lots of places to eat in the day with snacks and drinks - not a wide choice of restaurants compared to other towns in Cinque Terre but still found plenty.
The harbour is lovely and great for a morning swim. The people are also friendly and helpful and train station is easy to get to so you can visit the other towns
The hotel is centrally located in the most beautiful village in Cinque Terre, Manarola. I believe Amanarola is family runned and the owner Francesco really goes above and beyond in terms of hospitality. The hotel room is extremely well kept, clean, stylish and peaceful, I was so comfortable and at ease during my stay. The entire experience is 5-star with a touch of home feeling because of the hospitable owners! Will definitely come back and stay at the bigger room!
Just steps away from the tunnel to the Manarola train station and right on the Main Street, we stayed in a balcony apartment on the first floor which had a great AC, fridge, and coffeemaker with a nice bar from which to work and overlook the street below. Manarola is perfectly positioned in the middle of Cinque Terre. Like all five, overrun with tourists in the day, but very pleasant at night. Manuela is a great owner and very easy to work with.
Though 'very basic' as the host told me, the flat was perfect for a weeks stay for me.
It is charming, practical and very well functioning, located in a quiet area of Manarola away from the crowds.
Within a few minutes walk you find a great variety af bars, restaurants and two grocery stores. I will definitely stay in Il Bordone if I come to Cinque Terre again.
Thanks for a wonderful stay, Giovanni 😊👍
We really liked the apartment. Being in 5 Terre it good space. Bathroom is clean. For two persons the kitchen is well equipped. Terrace is big and we spent a lot o time there.
We’re hiking every day and the possibility to wash and try clothes is a BIG plus.
We visited all five villages in Cinque Terre and our the conclusion is that Manarola is the best village and this apartment is a good choice.
We had a fabulous time in Manarola in Cinque Terre and staying in Da Baranin was a bonus. our apartment was clean, modern and had a beautiful balcony on to the Tuscan hills where you could sip wine and chill after a long day.Breakfast was nice and the hosts were very helpful. It was very clean and had a fabulous bathroom. I would highly recommend Da Baranin to anyone taking a trip there.
The room is everything we wanted and more. The largest and best shower we had in 12 days of traveling through Italy, and a very comfortable and clean room. When we arrived to check in, the staff member helped us to bring our luggage (Manarola is very hilly so this was so appreciated). if I come back to Manarola I will stay at 5 Terre, I wish we could have stayed a little longer!
The owners of the Hotel, Stefano and Lisa, amazing people, they were so friendly and helpful with any question I had. The location was very nice, the room very clean and cosy. Tastefully decorated. Nice terrace and garden area. The environment is very quiet, even if very closed to the centre. Just great. I recommend it to everyone .

Simone and the entire hospitality team were amazing. we noticed the Michelin star treatment from the minute we checked in. Our room was overlooking the city, and the room was kept immaculate by the staff. Breakfast is included and table side service inside or in the lemon garden. 100% coming back to this hotel when we return to Italy.
The view is worth the trek. The view is spectacular. The place is the perfect size for two people. The host is very responsive, a good communicator and has great recommendations. The vibe of the area is great! This entire Cinque Terre area is a hikers paradise - spectacular vistas sprinkled all through the trails.
Great location in Manarola. In close proximity to the train station (easy for the luggage) and close to the harbour for the amazing sights of Manarola. Served as a great "base" to also travel between the other cities during our stay. Upon checking in, a local home-made Limoncello is shared. The best in Italy.
The host greeted us with a warm welcome and info about the hiking trails and best places to eat. It felt like visiting an old friend. Manarola is one of the most beautiful cities of Cinque Terre, truly a paradise on earth. Also the view from the apartamento is breath taking.
This hotel was stunning, great location, amazing views from the room and really clean and comfortable. Donatella was so lovely and kind, she gave us great recommendations, will definitely be staying here again, great base for exploring Cinque Terre.
Great location, very central in the town. Modern, spacious room with small details that create a cozy atmosphere. Balcony with view to the hill and the lively streets (which is for me a typical holiday-in-Italy feeling). Perfect for a short stay :)
It is located in Manarola of Cinque Terre so you can expect some stairs. If you’re traveling light, this shouldn’t be a problem. The stay was wonderful and any time we needed anything, it was so easy to contact someone and receive assistance.
Our host was wonderful, the property was beautiful. The apartment was so comfortable and had everything we needed.
The balcony was amazing. We will stay again when we return one day to Italy. It was a home away from home!
A really cosy place in Manarola, perfect to discover the beauty of Cinque terre (Manarola being the second most beautiful village in our view). Owners are really nice and helpful to make your stay perfect. Thanks a lot !
Really nice room and location in Manarola. Deborah told us some tips about the town, restaurants and activities in the Cinque Terre. We loved our stay there, I recommend it highly!
For 4 years my family has tried to go to Italy, and Sara has been there for us the whole time. She is fantastic
and the rooms were great. We will definitely return!!
