Hotel Villa Dei Bosconi, hotel in Molino del Piano

Surrounded by Tuscan countryside, yet only 5 miles from central Florence, Hotel Villa Dei Bosconi features large gardens, a swimming pool with hydro-massage corner, and terrace.

The property was amazing and front staff were very nice. The view was amazing, a nice get away from the big cities. Easy to take the number 7 bus from Fiesole to Florence. I bit of a hike to the hotel from Fiesole, but we didn’t mind and well worth it. We found some walking trails close by with beautiful views.

We were thrilled with our stay at Villa Bonelli. The owner greeted us and made us feel at home. She gave us recommendations on what to see and where to eat in Fiesole, which made our stay very enjoyable. Fiesole is a lovely town with amazing views if Tuscany and of Florence. The hotel was in a perfect place. Breakfast was extra good - featuring freshly cooked delicious cakes. I recommend Villa Bonelli completely.

A big shout out to the team at this property that made our 10year anniversary such a remarkable moment, even during a short trip. We’re definitely coming back many times!

Great family-owned hotel. Room with airco, great breakfast. For dinner in the restaurant (10-15 min walk), owner picked us up and took us back to the hotelroom. Really nice people. Kids loved the swimming pool. Quality dinner was superb. Definitely coming back one day.

We arrived to the hotel and there was a day camp going on the week we were staying, and we were not told in advance. It also wasn’t specified that two rooms didn’t have air conditioning, and we ended up staying in a non air conditioned room during a heat wave. Only the hot water worked in the shower. The restaurant was only open specific hours of the day, and other than that no food options available. The hotel was clean. You really need to rent a car if you’re going to stay here.

Such a perfect stay. The hotel is really nice and not too large, the welcome was so friendly, and they were so helpful when we needed to leave our luggage for the rest of our departure day. There is a nice large pool that is accessible to people who are not guests of the hotel, and a small private one for the guests, which is just perfect. It is a short, easy drive to the historic center of Lecce and is the perfect place to unwind after a day of visits in the summer heat.

it is nice home-like stay with hotel conveniences. it was great to have some freedom checking in any time that is convenient for us, as we were traveling by car and arrived late in the evening. host just send us instructions how to get in and left key to our room at reception. we stayed only for one night, but it was nice and comfy. we had additional pillows and blanket in our room, and in the morning we had nice breakfast.

This hotel is such a gem! It’s so beautiful inside and out and the staff is so friendly. We even extended our stay because of how relaxed we felt while staying here. The surrounding views are stunning, there are a ton of restaurants all around (including one delicious one owned by the same owner). Would recommend to anyone!

The place is set in the lovely countryside. Rooms and en suite fine. Authentic style furnishings. Enjoyed the meal at the hotel-using home grown produce and all freshly made. We really had not much idea what the food was we'd be getting. Able to try authentic Italian dishes. Florentine cake lovely. Breakfast was good.

Lovely hotel. We decided to stay an extra night upon arrival. The pool has a great view, showers are great, hosts are friendly and there's a train station with free parking 5min from the hotel that'll take you to Florence in 15 minutes.

It is a really pretty place with great views. The breakfast was good, but no real local products or anything. The nearby restaurant, which is part of the hotel serves excellent food. It's an excellent place to explore Tuscany.
