The hotel is acceptable, let's call it 3.5 to 4 stars, as this system is always a little less in Italy. It's a good 25 minute walk from the Porta Nuova station. The trams runs outside and cause some vibration noise in the hotel. Rooms are OK, a little worn, fridge was cold, television had BBC and some international channels, singles are small, shower was small, the breakfast was quite good and complete. Air con was a wisp of cool air, very slight. Fine for a night or two, as the other hotels in this category in Turin/Torino were more expensive. Tour busses parked out front, so groups use the hotel. Let's call it OK, but not a 4 star like a Sheraton or Hilton.

Italy’s first capital, sophisticated Turin has many elegant buildings and porticoed streets. Large Piazza Castello is the focal point and centres on Palazzo Madama, an unusual structure with a Renaissance façade and medieval body.
The next door Royal Palace backs onto Turin Cathedral, home to the Turin Shroud, the cloth with an imprint of Christ only rarely on display. Its museum is just one of the many fantastic Turin museums. None is better than the Egyptian Museum, the largest collection of Egyptian artifacts outside Cairo. Also noteworthy is the Mole Antonelliana, housing displays on Italian cinema and supposedly the world’s tallest museum.
By the Po, Italy’s longest river, is the Parco del Valentino, a tranquil park that is home to the Borgo Medievale, an artificial, medieval-style settlement with a castle.
However, within Italy, Turin is best known for sport and cars. FIAT is based here and nostalgia lovers can visit the rooftop track on top of their old Lingotto factory, now a conference center. The city’s 2 Serie A football clubs - Torino and Juventus - also have electric atmospheres at their games.
Watch out for amazing views of the Alps as you fly into Turin Airport. Public transport then quickly links you to your Booking.com hotel, B&B or hostel.

Beautiful city and so easy to get around on foot and via Metro. Plenty to see and do. Amazing park, architecture and people who were really friendly and had the time to converse with us. Most of the people spoke excellent English which made it far too easy for us. Excellent train services in and around town and from the airport too.

Turin is one of the most charming cities in my travel experience. The art and culture are so rich and beautiful. Everything is detailed from art to food. I am impressed with everything Turin has. The architecture, the palace, the culture, the food, the gelato, the people they are all top qualities in every area. The city itself has everything you like , you can shop for brand names with no que, go to quality museums ,or stroll around the city alone. You can have good coffee in the most beautiful café like Vienna, eat chocolate, drink, have apéritive ,….. I must say I am falling in love with Turin. Rome Florence Milan Venice are too crowded too many tourists . The people here are very nice and friendly too. It’s quite safe to walk alone. You don’t have to worry about pick pocket ect. I ❤️Turin

We loved the auto museum and the Juventus stadium tour.
We loved the auto museum and the Juventus stadium tour. We would have liked to have seen the Egyptian museum but did not have enough time. Unfortunately our trip was cut short because of the long travel delays at the tunnels between France and Italy. We ate in Eataly and other onstreet restaurants. It was easy to use the trams to get to where we were going. Driving was a bit more confusing.

Amazing place to visit.
Amazing place to visit. The piazza's are plentiful, as too are places to stop for coffee/cuisine and watch the world go by. We loved the architecture, shopping and museums and although the weather wasn't so great on our stay, the City itself didn't disappoint!

Many opt for Milan over Turin, but it's time to reverse that trend. Turin isn't just an industrial city as commonly perceived; it's a stunning destination steeped in history, once the residence of the King of Italy. With its abundance of historical landmarks, excellent shopping, and delightful dining options, Turin offers a tranquil ambiance distinct from other Italian cities. Its compact size allows for leisurely strolls, making it a perfect getaway.

A beautiful city, less obvious than Rome and Milan, but offers a lot of attractions, both for those who like monuments and art, and for those who are interested in cars or movies. The area is also worth seeing, and the Alps look amazing. Turin is also famous for its food.
We spent one night at this hotel. The staff was superfriendly. The room was big enough for our needs (one queen bed and one twin bed), with fridge, air conditioning, wireless worked well. The location is not particularly interesting but very convenient to the Turin airport (Caselle). Oh yes, there's also a very convenient underground garage directly connected to the hotel. Additionally I liked the concept in that this is not just a hotel but also actually a place where people live (one floor is hotel, the rest rental apartments).
As I was traveling by train, this property's location was ideally close to Turin's Porto Nuovo station as well as nearby the key sights within Turin's famous historic area. Location is walkable to everything you'd want to see (and near tram/bus station for sights further afield). The hotel feels somewhat like having your own apartment - the rooms in a building separate from the lobby/restaurant. My room and bed were comfortable. Being alone I didn't mind the small size at all - perfect for my needs.
Everything is highly well-maintained by its staffs, who are superbly attentive and professionally polite to their guests. The room was very much standard to the other HILTON branches around the world, and the overall cleanliness is beyond the average 4-star rated hotels that are based in Italy. Although it was only a night of staying at this hotel, as a frequent business traveler around Europe, Asia, and the US, I can definitely say this specific hotel is "far beyond the average" in overall aspects.
The room was exactly what I expected and like the pictures on booking.com. It was comfortable and the staff were accommodating with my late arrival. The breakfast was small but functional and perfectly adequate. It wasn't an exceptional hotel but was good value for money which I was looking for. A number of people in previous reviews complained about the shower and although small (the norm for Italy) it was very powerful and nice to use.
Everything. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Italy,Especially the cleaning lady is so nice, and the front desk is also very nice. I don’t try the breakfast because I can’t get up that early. If it wasn't for the next day there was no room available, I would definitely stay another night.
Questo è il miglior hotel in cui ho soggiornato in Italia, soprattutto la donna delle pulizie.
The room was nice, clean, quite spacious and despite being close to a big street it was quiet. There was a fridge but we had to connect it ourselves. Because coffee is very cheap in Italy and it is a nice social experience to drink it in cafeteria, so I think not that many people drink coffee in their hotel rooms. Thus the coffee cream in our room was a bit old.
We are a family of 5 so smallish hotel rooms (which we are used to in Italy) don't work for us. The apartment at Duparc was huge and modern. In fact this was probably the biggest place we stayed at ever. Ordered room service the one night we were there and the restaurant brought us a variety of amazing Italian food. Plenty of parking in front of the door.
It's a very welcoming hotel with a nice ecological touch that I haven't met in Italy before. The room was clean and spacious with a nice comfy bed and aircon. There is also a fully equipped shared kitchen and lounge spaces In this hotel I found every commodity that a traveler might need, plus the friendly staff. I totally recommend it!!
Rooms and bathrooms were clean and adequate for a quick stay in Turin! The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to shops and restaurants in the south San Salvario district. Hotel staff was friendly, and we have no complaints about our stay.
It was not too far away from the center of Turin, however the public transportation connection to the hotel is terrible ( especially when there are no taxis and the staff don’t seem to care one bit how their guests navigate from A to B )
Good sized room with it's own entrance hall. Great location. Good Breakfast. We found it very relaxing for a couple of nights as a stop over on a rail trip to Venice. Turin was worth breaking the journey for.
Pleasant apartment in central, historic location. 15 mins walk from Porta Susa Station which is on the railway service from Turin airport. Close to museums, cultural attractions and shopping streets.
We've got more than expexted! Conditioning, hair dryer, even bidet- everything was so tidy! And breakfast included. So thank you, Hotel Italia, we will book again with no doubt while visiting Italy ❤
This hotel is perfection- beautiful renovation spacious rooms helpful staff at the highest level wonderful breakfast buffet included If you are in Turin you must stay here You will love it!!!
Super comfortable beds and bedding, better than most hotels we stayed at during our 2 weeks in Italy
Beautiful old building with antique lift that still works
Friendly faces in this affordable, clean & welcoming family hotel. Ideally located, between train station Porta Susa and centre, for an explorarion of Turin.
Everything. Location between Schina and Principi d'Acaja stops and 15 mins walk away from Porta Susa. Liked the laid-back old style family run hotel style.
