Everything was perfect. This is the best place we have ever stayed and we travel a lot. This is the second time we have been here. Food incredible, rooms are comfortable and shower has good pressure. The Pool area was amazing. Located 5 to 10 minute taxi ride from Assisi and neighboring towns. The host family is gracious, and passionate about everything they do. Truely hospitality specialists.

So many things to like and appreciate: *The location: ideal country side, beautiful, and with a car you're 10 minutes from so many attractions, and restaurants in Assisi, Folignio, Spello, Santa Maria dela Angeli. The place is prettier in life than in the pictures! * The two bedroom apartment with two showers was perfect for a family of 5, clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. *The pool was so refreshing and fun, felt almost private * The hospitality of Patrizia and Francesco, so warm and helpful . Patrizia surprised us 3 times with tasty home made pastries she prepared. * All this at a reasonable price!

    We had a booking done through booking.com. When we reached the property the host said that they were fully booked. I showed her the booking.com confirmation email. She said we cannot do anything coz we don’t have any rooms left. We had to find another hotel although we had already paid booking.com. I have asked for my refund but the host is simply not replying. I feel so cheated.

    This place is a magic tranquility zone, with such beautiful garden - flowers blooming everywhere, views to medieaval Assisi, cosy living area. Breakfast - wow, did the personnel even sleep during the night?? So many cakes!!! Very good coffee! The area is big enough to get privacy, but not too big, My small dog loved running around and it felt safe to let her do that!

    the place is amazing. the room is very clean, comfortable and new. you can see that the owner really invest on the place. The family who runs the hotel is very friendly and lovely. I really recommend this place and I want to bring my family on my next stay.

    Well equipped, modern and clean apartment with a great view of Assisi from a very big terrace. Very nice owner who welcomed us with tomatoes and cucumbers from her own garden as well as fresh eggs. Highly recommended.
