Lovely renovated flat, perfect for 4 people, in the Sestiere Santa Croce. The area is central and well served: the house is just a few steps away from the Riva de Biasio Vaporetto stop, which connects the entire city and leads to San Marco, Murano and Burano. The flat is an 8-minute walk from the Santa Lucia train station and a few minutes from the magnificent Rialto Bridge and museums. An excellent starting point to discover the beauty of the magical city of Venice and its surroundings! The flat, located near the Santa Lucia railway station, is convenient for reaching any part of the city, thanks to the nearby 'Riva di Biasio' vaporetto stop. Located on the ground floor of a characteristic Venetian building, the recently restored flat with beautiful exposed beams is composed of: - Master bedroom: elegant bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe; - Bedroom: with 2 single beds (which can be joined to make a double bed if required - we ask you to confirm your preference in advance) and wardrobe; - Living room: with sitting area, and dining area with dining table; - Kitchen: has a refrigerator, hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, moka coffee maker and cooking utensils; - Bathroom: with shower and bidet; - Extras: WIFI, air conditioning (2 splits - in the bedrooms), independent heating with boiler, hairdryer. ATTENTION: During the winter months, to protect against the phenomenon of high water, a bulkhead of about 50 cm is installed at the entrance to the flat. The bulkhead is not removable in any way and you will have to climb over it to access the flat.
