Room was clean, spacious and nice. Location of place was good - near various eateries and close enough to central Kuala Lumpur. Traffic was a bit busy to get to hotel at most times of the day though. The hotel staff were helpful and courteous. This is a really good option for those considering a good place to stay whilst in Kuala Lumpur.

Great! The location is perfect. We and my family (family of 5) booked 3 rooms then we upgraded our rooms to executive rooms and it was worth it.The staff were very kind, friendly and accommodating. We’ve got a lounge access on the 11th floor. We had free unli coffee and cocktails and we also had our breakfast there for more privacy. Hat’s off and kudos to the staff of the executive lounge for being so kind, accommodating and for providing all our needs there. Very nice hotel. Worth the money! The location is great, walking distance to Avenue K mall, Tapak food trucks, and Petronas towers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Else Hotel, and I cannot praise it enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even guiding us to our ride and accompanying us with umbrellas when it was raining. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made our stay special.
The breakfast at Else Hotel was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. Our room was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and even featured a Dyson hairdryer, which was a lovely touch.
One of the highlights of our stay was how the hotel celebrated my birthday. They surprised us with a charming decoration and a delicious birthday cake, which made the occasion even more memorable.
I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Else Hotel for an outstanding experience. The exceptional service, delightful amenities, and personal touches truly set it apart. Thank you, Else Hotel, for an unforgettable stay!

The Ridge @ KL East Mall & Condominium - block A 23A-03 .
The Ridge @ KL East Mall & Condominium - block A 23A-03 .Impressed by the 4.9-star rating, I decided to book a two-night staycation. Unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. I didn't expect such a high rating to be unreliable. Basic cleanliness was nonexistent, despite paying a higher rate for a two-bedroom unit. We checked in at 10:30 PM, discovered ants, bugs, and cockroaches. I left the unit just after midnight. Additionally, the key box was malfunctioning, and over the phone, she mentioned she was aware of it. I took photos and videos as evidence, as I don't want this to happen to another guest.

We stayed in Bukit Bintang area which seemed to be a tourist area, so lots of street foods, restaurants, souvenir shops, malls, massage and spa business. The Pavilion Mall was a popular recommendation from locals, just a Mall with brand name shops. Also, the Berjaya Times Square and The Exchange are other popular Malls.
I didn't have any favorite restaurant or place because I was experiencing things as they are, and not trying to judge or compare. The general experience was great, and I would probably visit again in the future.
Prices are affordable, the locals were friendly and helpful. Generally most people speak or understand English, so it is easy to get around. The exchange rate was similar across bureaus so we did not have to compare much. Just make a pick of where to change your money.
The hop-on hop-off bus is a good way to see the city by day, and then the City of Lights tour by night.
There seemed to be lots of vehicle traffic, so plan your time well in
advance if you intend to use taxi or travel by car. For instance, it took our taxi driver a hour to get to us, when normally it would only take 2-10 minutes! Luckily we had booked the taxi for hours ahead of our flight, so we had lots of time...
I got the sense that KL is set up as a tourist city and so be ready to do tourist stuff :-)
Terima kasih!

Everything is expensive and there's traffic congestion in most places. A high level of patience is needed when entering KL. To all travelers, I salute you for being able to walk in KL. Even in the heat, you endure it.

It's a wonderful city with more than hundreds of nationality gather everyday. The traffic is busy most of the time among Bukit bintang area but all international brands shops can be found in shopping malls.
It's good to see that people are friendly and humble here.
Service - Mr Felix was excellent. The check in and check out was smooth. Welcome entree brownies was amazing
Room - Hardly get connected room in many hotels in KL. But Ritz Carlton is giving the best option to
those parents who travelling with kids. The pillows and bed was comfortable. Love the rain shower and toiletteries set
Location - 5 minutes walking distance to Pavillion and Bukit Bintang. A bit traffic to access to hotel during rush hour
By far was the best luxury 5 stars hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Looking forward to come again
1) location
2) cleanliness
3) easy - check-in
4) the room was clean (5 stars) kudos to the cleaning staff (please recognize them)
5) nice pool view
6) nice pool
7) Great breakfast spread - although I can't eat everything, Chef Rashid - makes good curries
8) The duty manager - Fadzly, Lisa and Eddie who served us
9) convenient to take the trains just opposite the hotel
10 ) There is a NU Sentral opposite the hotel - just a cross over
overall - all the staff at their own workstations during breakfast are nice!
Perfect “oasis” in the midst of Chinatown. The room was very quiet at all times. Loved the outdoor bathroom and shower area. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Tea, kettle, hairdryer, water, shampoo, soap provided. So many cafes and restaurants in area, including cafe in hotel. An easy few block walk from Pasar Seni station from which you can connect to anywhere. KLIA airport to Sentral to P. Seni - out and around corner to hotel. Definitely would recommend Tian Jing.
The hotel smell nice, large room for 2 queen bed..very convenient with its onsite parking..the bathroom was big and look like new eventough its not new..they really make the room look pleasent to the customer..the pool also add value to the stay, quite ok for few guest to play..the price of the food also affordable..this hotel really worth the money.. unlike hotel that i got in bukit bintang the day before, very bad compare to this one
The room was a bit small compared to other hotel's room. The bed was comfy enough and the facilities provided in the room was good. But upon check in, there are some dirt in the toilet that not being properly cleaned. The breakfast buffet also was pricey compared to other hotel (5 star hotel), that I have been before. The breakfast also had little choices compared to the other hotel, and nothing special during the breakfast.
it’s suitable for transit - if you need to catch early morning ERL Train or bus to airport, this could be one of your affordable hotel. Located very near to Nu Sentral. Amenities provided are basic - which is okay for my short stay. My room is facing main road & I can hear the noise from outside. if you are bothered by the noise, then this hotel might not be the one for you or you could request a room facing the back.
Literally the best capsule hotel I’ve ever stayed out. So so clean, constant aircon, shared spaces are well looked after and staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. I had trouble booking a grab to the airport and reception helped me call one off their personal phone. Would recommend to travellers solo and group. Capsules are spacious - I stayed in the women’s dorm and loved it. Will stay again.
The hotel is spacious for a budget hotel. There is no TV, but there is no problem because now the internet is more important than TV. parking is easy and plentiful. only the halal food places are a bit far to walk. Bukit Bintang and Jalan Pudu can be walked. There are no employees if you want to check out early, but if there is no problem, the deposit will be transferred to your account
Spacious hotel for the price! Views from the roofdeck are stunning. It's the best place to get a view of Kuala Lumpur without breaking a sweat. The nearby restaurant had the best waitstaff and a thoughtful breakfast buffet for 90 MYR. Tofayel was the best! He went over and beyond assisting me, even booking a Grab for me to go to the airport after my stay. He was very prompt.
Its been several times i stayed here.
Location near Nu Mall and KL sentral is a transportation hub to most of the places. Can reach monorail, bus to Genting and airport easily, express train to and from the airport, Go KL bus, restaurant, laundry and easily get online taxi in front of hotel lobby. Elevator worked properly when i stayed there for 3 nights.
Friendly n helpful staff especially front office, strategic location near eateries, shopping, room was superb where facilities inside the room like 5 star hotel, not like budget hotel. Now I become regular guest here
The location in Bukit Bintang is must valuable factor for this hotel. The price is also affordable and reasonable specially if you plan for long stay. The cleaning services is very good compared to such hottel
good location in shopping Centre with monorail station which made it easy to get to KL sentral station. no on-site hotel reception but booking agent met us and was very helpful. good gym.
The services provided by Pavilion Hotel Bukit Bintang staff were extraordinary. Facilities, environment and room were excellent. But still cannot compare to Majestic Hotel.
