The room's design together with the bed curtain allows a great deal of privacy. All spaces are sunny, with lots of room. The kitchen is perfect, it has everything!! Loved the outside areas for eating, getting sun or hanging laundry. It is run by lovely people that care about their guests.

Nice balance between peaceful/quiet and lively with easy access to the nearby places (Vilamoura, Albuifera, Amacqo de Pera, Portimao, Lagos, Faro etc). It is an easy town to get around on foot and it has good access outside the town by car. It was "home base" for us with day trips to other towns along the Algarve coast.

It felt like a chilled relaxed area, a lovely promenade to walk along, plenty of restaurants to choose from. This was my first solo trip and I felt very safe, I would definitely come back here and do some of the activities on offer. I took the bus to and from Faro airport which was all very straight forward thanks to google maps!

There is huge selection of restaurants and bars to choose. Generally the quality is very good and cleanliness is good.
Fish restaurants near the port are really good.
If you like cooking there is the fish and veg markets, you can buy fresh fish daily as it is a working fishing port, also there is a large open air produce market about 500m from the port every Wednesday with many stalls.
The old town has more character and little bars and cafes where you can get a better feel of portugues culture. Venture into the side streets.

Lovely coffee and cake shops.
Lovely coffee and cake shops. Shopping ok but out of season so some shops closed. Beach wonderful Good transport by bus and free circular bus to gypsy market and Vilamoura Went to Family Bistro many times. Rita’s shop is great for good Portuguese shoes
Clean and lovely Apartment, Air-con worked extremely well !! 10 min walk to Quarteira beach. Good, quiet location but you will need to hire a car to get about but it is well situated for lots of lovely places. Rooftop pool was lovely but probably not best with young kids as the residents do moan at you about being quiet and no splashing etc. Had difficulty contacting Owner when we first arrived but once I had the correct contact number all was good. Loved our stay and the Country
Right from the start , communication was fantastic.
The place itself was spotless and very well kept .
I would say the best place I have stayed within Portugal for self catering and location wise.
Alot of added touches , such as the beach towels and air-conditioning all had remote controls as did the blinds for windows.
The place is a Palace and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a comfortable pleasant stay within the Algarve.
The shower is an added touch for power and size.
The apartment is spacious, clean, and tidy. The kitchen has plenty of appliances. The terrace is huge and sunny which is very good for the wintertime. It was good to have sets for the children to play on the beach (baskets and shovels). The extra towels are provided for the swimming. The host is a kind and nice lady, she was very attentive to details and it is a real pleasure talking to her.
Location is perfect, meters away from the ocean, you are almost on the beach 🏖️
Plenty of beaches nearby, very large and sunny, nice weather too. Lots of restaurants one can choose from withinmeters of the location too. Carlos is a great guy and he is always helpful and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Highly recommended, one of the bets places to stay in Portugal 🇵🇹
Easy communication and our host Andreia met us at the apartment at our specified time. She was very helpful in telling us where to find various locations. The apartment was gorgeous, very modern and just a few minutes from the beach. All of the appliances were top quality and the furniture comfortable. Best of all there were no steps. We can’t say enough good things about it.
Alain and Christine were excellent hosts. They were so attentive, friendly and helpful. (From pressing our clothes for a wedding to serving coffee on our patio) Nothing was any trouble! The room and facilities were top class. Breakfast each morning was delicious. We highly recommend Vivenda L'Olivier and will certainly stay there when visiting the Algarve again😊
The hotel is exceptionally clean, from morning until night there are cleaners keeping on top of everywhere, including elevators! The rooms are kept clean and tidy with complimentary coffee, water and fruit. The bar food is lovely and very well priced. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The buffet breakfast & lunch has a great selection too!
Very good location, right between Quarteira and Vilamoura so easy access to most bars, restaurants. Apartment was easy accessed from the street, elevator to 5th floor. Building itself was clean and well kept. Air conditioning in all rooms, kitchen well equipped, nice cold fridge. Also has an almost new washing machine. Loads of hot water.
Very professional and friendly staff, good service, nice swimming pool, big enough room, very clean, the hotel is close to the road, but even though my window faced it I didn't hear the cars passing by once I closed the blinds and the windows. However, if you like to sleep with a window open, this might be a problem
Clean, modern and spacious. Perfect for my family of 5. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Check-in was smooth and quick. Robert, who welcomed us, was fantastic. 2mins from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Would stay here again. The only downside was that our time in The Algarve was too short.
The location was very good. Right on the beach. View of the ocean from the balcony. I could hear the waves even with the windows closed. Walking distance to several good restaurants shops, and grocery stores. Well equipped. The building had an elevator.
Andry was great, he was always wearing a smile and knew what we wanted before we could say it.
The location of the hotel is superb less than 5 mins walk from the Marina at Vilamoura and also close to the beach.
Breakfast was great for a 3 star hotel.
Excellent location, right in front of the beach. Many restaurants near by. Rooms were clean, nice sea facing balcony where you can sit and relax. Very good breakfast. Hotel staff was very helpful and gave us few tips to explore the place.
Cleanliness perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. Have been coming to Portugal for 32 years and stayed in five star establishments and the zodiaco is among the best for value for money and will definitely be back.
the hotel is very spacious, kitchen is fully equipped . balcony is very large and facing the pool. And it’s very close to beach and supermarket, just around 10 min walking
