- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire apartment;
- Pets are not allowed;
- We kindly ask you to respect neighbors by reducing noise levels. Special care between 22h00 and 08h00;
- Trash can be put in the street from Monday till Saturday always after 21h00;
- Upon departing, don’t forget to leave the keys on the table and please turn off all electric devices;
- Last but not less important, would like to remind that this is a first floor apartment with no elevator in the building.
