This hotel is in one of the best locations, close to everything, the best! The staff is extremely friendly, kind, smily, polite, i would say one of the best I have ever dealt with. The room was nice, clean, neat, and I absolutely loved how detailed they were (from a welcoming note, to a bottle of Port and some delicious pastry). It truly was one of the best experiences.

Great location in the heart of the city. Close to restaurants, shops, tour busses and trams. All within easy walking distance. Located on a small but busy side street with little or no noise at night. Multiple bakeries close by.

We loved everything about this hotel. This place was our second time ever n Lisbon and will definitely stay here again. The front desk gentleman (sorry forgot his name) was soo friendly and helpful. Considering we arrived the day after the big power outage, he was on top of his game. Room was spacious and clean. Bed PERFECT!

The property is a gem, good value in central location to metro station, restaurants and attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, everyday replenished with tea,,coffee and water. The breakfast is so rich. Special thanks to Pedro, Rita and the manageress Marina who surprised us with a birthday mini cakes, wine and a nice message.

The breakfast was excellent! The staff was so very kind and helpful and accommodated all our needs; held bags when we arrived early, helped with the safe, helped open bottle of wine we bought and wanted to drink in our room. Everything was very clean.

It was a pleasant surprise and excellent pick. The location is great, directly behind the Rua Augusta and only a few minutes' walk from the Arco Rua Augusta and Praça do Comércio, Lisbon's vast, harbor-facing plaza. You can also walk to several tourist attractions. It is also a 5-minute walk from the subway station (Metro Baixa-Chiado). The decor is lovely, the staff is helpful, and there is a delicious breakfast. I really enjoyed this hotel. I was traveling throughout Portugal, and we were supposed to return to Lisbon in our final two days. I canceled my reservation in another hotel to stay in Ferraria XVI FLH Hotels again.

Location is just amazing right next to the Arch of Lisbon. Walking distance to many attractions. The room was new and great. The heating was excellent. Breakfast was provided at a nearby 5 start hotel of the same group and was really worth the 2 minute walk to get there. Probably was the best breakfast we had in Lisbon.

The room was spacious, well decorated, had comfortable beds/linens, excellent bathroom space, excellent lighting, and easy to adjust air conditioning. Reception area was welcoming. Hotel location was perfect for being close to the harbor and also close to multiple restaurants and historical buildings. But most of all was the wonderful staff. Each person we met was friendly, helpful in many ways with answering questions and arranging airport transportation. They made us feel very welcome.

Everything! The room is super modern and has a really expensive feel to it, really loved the massive shower and mirrors. There was little to no street noise. The staff were super helpful too! One of better places I've stayed for the price.

The staff is extremely warm, engaging and very friendly. They have a WhatsApp Butler service that they respond to promptly 24 hours a day. It is the most hospitable hotel I have stayed at.
