Although the property is situated in the Guia district it is actually in the quieter village of Valle de Parra. Guia itself is a busy little town whose main attractions are a good variety of restaurants. Valle de Parra is the main village in a rural area nearer the coast where you will find great selection of holiday accommodation ranging from self catering apartment complexes, villas, and hotels. It is only minutes away by car from several great beaches. Valle de Parra has also got some excellent restaurants and only a couple of bars which makes it a great place if your looking for peace and quiet. For self catering holiday makers there are two excellent supermarkets where you will find everything you need for your holiday.

With a car it’s very convenient to the lovely long Beach to walk on in Salgados.. New Aldi supermarket very handy. Few good Restaurants locally yet not too touristy. Staff very friendly. Prima Pasta a favorite at reasonable prices for good food.
