Breakfast Similar to what I have had at other Vila Galé properties. Location was fine but not important to me.

From the moment we entered the property until the moment we left, our experience at Estoril Vintage Hotel was outstanding. It is a stunning property. We booked room #33, which was advertised as a "Small double room." In actuality it was a spacious, beautiful, comfortable bedroom with a large, well-appointed bathroom. The view from our window was of the gorgeous pool area. We enjoyed the extensive and delicious breakfast buffet sitting on the terrace everyday. Dinners in the spectacular dining room were also memorable with excellent food and service. The owner, Maria, oversees everything to ensure that the service is top-notch and that the needs and wants of the guests are paramount. The staff, without exception, are lovely and genuine. We really enjoyed the stroll along the water into Cascais for dinner one night.
This exceptional hotel was our favorite throughout our 3 weeks in Portugal. I cannot recommend it enough.
Set in front of the Atlantic Ocean, the luxurious 5-star Intercontinental Cascais-Estoril features an outdoor swimming pool, indoor pool and a fitness center.

Estoril is a crown jewel in the Portugese Rivera. I lived there for years and love Estoril and Cascais although the latter is beginning to look like Blackpool
Excellent restaurants, casino green space golf courses all serve to make it a great place to live and holiday

Loved the area, was close to go to Sintra for a day of exploring. That was a magical place. Loved the shopping, the beach, the food. Gorgeous view of the beach. It was warm and lovely in April. We used taxi to get around and it was very reasonable rates.

Estoril is a beautiful location to stay.
Estoril is a beautiful location to stay. Walking along the promenade towards Caiscais was wonderful and we got to experience the sea in many different moods, calm, stormy and just blue waves most days. It is so easy to get the train to Lisbon from here, just get a Navigante Occasionale card. We also used a very reasonably priced Uber to go to Sintra, which was stunning, a must-see. We had some amazing food, you need to try Manjar da Vila in Caiscais, very authentic Portuguese cuisine.

Estirol is located near beautiful beaches - beach promenade walk to Cascias is easy - flat and good for all ages - lots of restaurants and bars near by - train into Lisbon or Sintra - perfect location
The hotel was central to both Cascais and Estoril and the views from the hotel balcony were amazing. We had a room on the 8th floor so the noise from the road did not disturb us at all. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. People state the rooms are dated which is true but everything is in working order so did not bother us at all. We also used the fridge every day and the cooking facilities a few times and they all worked perfectly. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would have no hesitation in visiting again
Apartment was great. Spacious, there was plenty of room for 2 families, including 4 round adults to hang out. Great views on balcony overlooking the park and sea. Good access to amenities. Easy to walk into cascais or train to Lisbon. No need for a car. But if you do parking is easy at the casino car park, €6 for 24 hours. Host was helpful very helpful and quick to respond. Thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely book again if in estoril area. Nice touch to have a bit of coffee and a bottle of wine, when we arrived...
We loved our stay, the location was ideal for the train both to Lisbon and Cascais and Sintra and 5 min to the beach. The house itself is very nice, everything was spotlessly clean and modern. The garden is so nice, we didn't really use it because we were out and about, but it must be great during summer. The staff were really lovely. We got a free upgrade too which made it all even better, amazing view on the sea, we loved it. So not much to fault really!
Good location, close walk from the hotel to 3 different beaches and several eating places as well. Hotel have good beds (I like soft beds). Good breakfast like in most of the places in Portugal (white bread, jam, eggs, ham, cheese etc). We used and liked also the swimming pool, like every were the water was not heated. We liked very much. Under the house is the place for car parking. We used a rental car. Good value for the money.
A beautiful period property with such attention to detail for making our stay so enjoyable, from the Molton Brown toiletries to the incredibly comfortable sun beds around the pool.
The view from the terrace of the Cascais and Estoril coastline is simply the best and a very pleasant place for sundowners.
Special thanks to George and the restaurant/bar staff for being so welcoming.
It is a very cool apartment with great views and location. Verly cleverly designed!
The location was amazing, close to the train, the centre of Estoril, as well as Cascais. You can walk everywhere within 10 to 20 mins.
It is located at the hill, so prepare to 'climb'.
The staff was incredibly facilitating and helpful.
Beautiful hotel, stylish and spacious. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff and delicious breakfast. We loved the pool and the views. The room was huge, airy and comfortable. It is centrally located, about 7 mins walk to Estoril Station and the lovely Tamariz Beach.
It was all pretty fine for the price. In a quiet place, some (10?) minutes from the beach/Estoril train station.
I was just here for an evening, but everything seemed fine and clean. Did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.
Family place,Showers on beach in Estoril are clean and not so crowded one public toilet is very clean,Close to Cascais and Lisbon and Sintra walk to Cascais in 10 mins. Everywhere clean, really good place to stay between Lisbon and cascais
It was a wonderful and great time at this villa! I really enjoyed it and would like to come back again! I was treated as a princess and felt better than in any 5 star hotel. I had extra vegan breakfast for me! Loved it! Thank you a lot!
Staff were friendly and attentive, the hotel was very clean and perfectly situated for the Estoril train station to travel into Lisbon.
The paid massage was excellent and well worth the extra expense....
I love the hotel ! We have stayed there 3 years in a row, unfortunately they told us the hotel is closing in November. We are so sorry to hear that, it is very sad for us.
