It was very hard to communicate with the host.
It was very hard to communicate with the host. Didn't pick up the phone after trying for days. No communication, only on day of arrival. It was very sticky and dirty in the kitchen and bathroom. When we arrived we didn't have any water, that forgot to tell us that they turned it off.. The shower and sink were licking (they fixed the shower after 2 days). Not enough paper tissue, toilet paper, coffee machine broken, washing machine runs for 5 hours, remote for the TV didn't work properly, water temperature goes to warm to cold etc.. Lots of little things that could be avoided. We cleaned the whole kitchen ourselves so we felt more comfortable to eat and live there. This place could be a very nice one, lots of light, big rooms, enough space .. but really needs more feeling for details which are important for customers. Location was great, close to the beach, cafes and restaurant around, main street 15 min away. Host was kind enough to let us store our luggage before and after checkin and checkout.VivianeGermany
