The desk clerk was exceptionally helpful.
The breakfast was better than the two previous more expensive hotels that we stayed at.
They were helpful in giving us directions and places to eat.

Nice balance between peaceful/quiet and lively with easy access to the nearby places (Vilamoura, Albuifera, Amacqo de Pera, Portimao, Lagos, Faro etc). This was my first solo trip and I felt very safe, I would definitely come back here and do some of the activities on offer. There is huge selection of restaurants and bars to choose. Generally the quality is very good and cleanliness is good. Fish restaurants near the port are really good. If you like cooking there is the fish and veg markets, you can buy fresh fish daily as it is a working fishing port, also there is a large open air produce market about 500m from the port every Wednesday with many stalls. Lovely coffee and cake shops. Shopping ok but out of season so some shops closed. Beach wonderful Good transport by bus and free circular bus to gypsy market and Vilamoura Went to Family Bistro many times. Rita’s shop is great for good Portuguese shoes

The apartment was very clean and equipped with all necessities, and the garden and pool were well maintained. The communication with the very friendly host Pedro was smooth and flawless. Before our arrival we received from him a nice and clear "House Manual" with all the information about our stay. All in all, this was an extremely nice experience that we can highly recommend.
